Fantastic
Colin is a great host. He allowed us to check in early/store our luggage and also to check out late (but ended up not needing to). The condo is in the best location. Grounds were well taken care of. The furniture is a bit hard and uncomfortable but we were not there to sit inside, there was lots of space in the unit, and great balcony . We had one small issue but Colin responded immediately and problem solved. I hope to return and would definitely rent from Colin again. We had a wonder vacation!

Perfect location, wonderful stay
Colin met us when we arrived to go over all of the details and made sure we were satisfied. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There were only two of us so we used the master suite facing the ocean and did not need the spare bedroom – what a nice view to wake up to in the morning. Given the condo is across the street from several of the bars we did not find the noise bothered us at night when sleeping. Other reviewers commented on the low water pressure in the shower, we did not experience that issue as the pressure was okay for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped so breakfast on the lanai every day was a must to start the day (don’t forget your sunglasses!). We certainly made use of the blender to make drinks when we were not out at the bars/restaurants nearby, chilling on the lanai listening to the ocean. The bottled water with the cooler was a nice feature and we used it a lot. And, in case you are interested, the internet access is really good. The waves can be a little rough right at the beach, but if you go out a little bit there are a number of sandy spots which are higher and the waves are not as high. About 50-75m out the water was only about 1.2m deep. Watch out for sea turtles when you’re out, a few surprised me when they swam close by. Overall extremely satisfied with no issues or concerns. Colin was a wonderful host and very attentive making sure we were happy there. Highly recommended.

Great host and location.Beautiful oceanfront views.Colin was friendly and helpful.Small beach area and pool Furnishings comfortable. Many bars restaurants within a short walk. Close to airport.Would stay there again.

Fabulous views and location
We had a wonderful trip and really feel like we happened upon the best location. Great sunsets, fun restaurants, and a snorkeling right off the little private beach. Such a perfect spot! We were very comfortable and the place was well appointed.
