This extraordinary classic-modern Wexler home is centrally located in the heart of Palm Springs. The owners’ attention to detail, interior design, and luxury amenities including luxury baths, bedding and modern conveniences makes this home stand out. The home is recommended for renters who appreciate unique Palm Springs aesthetic.

As you enter the home, one is greeted by an open living space that draws the eyes to each end of the house, caramel travertine stone flooring, a gourmet kitchen at its heart, leading to a striking dining area and separate bedroom wings. High ceilings and large clerestory windows allow occupants to enjoy amazing views of the desert, while resting on comfortable modern furniture.

The views within are equally compelling with walls of rare Zebra wood and Mahogany and contemporary art from some of California’s great young artists.

Each bedroom is set in different parts of the home offering privacy and views of the pool and yards. This property’s beauty is fully realized as you step out into the enclosed yard accented by an eight foot ficus hedge assuring occupants privacy, whether relaxing in its saltwater pool, or the in-ground raised spa.

The Media Room features a 42 inch Sony TV and a comfortable modern sofa and matching chair to relax in while watching a movie or playing a game. This room’s large sliding glass doors open onto the rear-yard’s patio and pool area and features a remote Jandy System control pad for the saltwater pool and spa. High-speed wireless web access is also available throughout the house.

TERMS: Holiday and Special Event rates may be higher and higher minimum nightly stay may apply (4-5 nights). Separate rental contract required, No renters under 25 years of age, no smoking indoors, no parties, outdoor music is not permitted (by city law), actual utilities paid for reservations 21 days or longer (summer) and 28 nights or longer in spring, fall, winter. Separate Property Tax 12.5% required. Bikes not available for guest use. (Used as photo props only) Bikes can be rented in Palm Springs.

-Pets are allowed only if approved in advance of booking and the pet fee is paid ($125.00 + tax per pet, 2 pets max, 2 small or one small and one up to 50 lbs).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee. Please ask for a quote. Subject to availability.
- - Pool Heating fee $100 per day, $700 per week. Weekly discount may be available April - September. Pool heating may not be available in extreme weather conditions. Pool heating fee may be adjusted in the unlikely event of extreme fluctuations in gas prices. When a fee is paid pools are heated to a max temp of 86 degrees (80-86 is normal)
- Actual utilities paid by guests for reservations 28 nights or longer. A separate utility deposit per month will be collected. This deposit is based on the Market Price of Natural Gas and the Market Price of Electricity and will be collected post-booking. Meter reading photos are taken on the day of arrival and the day of departure. Any unused amount will be refunded at end of the stay.
You are encouraged to take your own photos of the Gas and Electric meters on arrival and departure to keep track of usage. Please be aware that SoCal Edison and SoCal Gas have some of the highest utility rates in the country so we recommend that you keep close track of your usage to avoid surprises. Utilities are charged at the Market Price of Natural Gas per therm (gas) and the Market Price of Electricity per Kilowatt (electric) and are based on the average cost of Gas and Electric in the desert at the time of stay. We do not provide private owner utility bills.
- Recommended air conditioner temp is 74 in summer, be advised anything lower can freeze the system rendering it non-functional.
- Recommended to stock the refrigerator in stages as stocking too much at one time can cause food and drink to perish.

Kitchen heart of the home
We are from Boston and looking to buy in Palm Springs and enjoyed this home for a month with my husband and local friends . It had two primary bedrooms and a great bedroom/ home office that allowed space to work and play . We love to cook and entertain friends over dinner and drinks . The kitchen was open to all and we loved being able to talk as we cooked . We hope to stay here again or offer it to friends needing a place in Palm Springs !

Stress Free Stay
My friends, their kids, and I enjoyed a stress free stay at this lovely home in Palm Springs, which was convenient to our broader plans in the area. We each remarked how we'd easily and happily return for another stay. The pictures were accurate to the reality, all instructions (including check in/out) were helpful, and the management service/response times were quick, convenient, and accommodating. I was able to run a 5K in the early morning, comfortably chaperone the kids at the pool, and engage in a full day of remote work in the office. The AC/fans worked well especially with the labels. The TV/entertainment setup was helpful too. The general Palm Springs rules were intimidating in advance but no issues emerged. I wish the bikes were available for use though, with the heat, there's limited time in which I would have used one.

Fantastic but with one flaw
Property is in great shape. Modern, clean, well appointed and stocked. Pool and hottub are great. The adults and kids all had a great time. The one flaw is that the mattresses were low quality and sleeping was not good. It's tough to fully enjoy a vacation when you wake up from a bad sleep every night. This is such a premium property that I would urge the owners to invest in better mattresses. If they fix that, this gets 5 stars.

Palm Trees and Mountaintops!
What a view and what great service from the property manager, Eric! Overall, everything was easy to manage and operate. Any questions we did have were answered within minutes via the phone or in person by Eric. The house exceeded our expectations and was even better than the pictures - if you can believe that! The neighborhood is gorgeous and filled with friendly neighbors. The layout of the bedrooms ensured privacy and also no one feared waking up other family members because everything was so spaced out. The closets were huge and had built in drawers so you can truly unpack and feel organized. We highly recommend this home for large families who have pets. The backyard is fully enclosed and super safe for your furry friends. It also has high hedges that provide total privacy! The bedrooms were comfortable and cozy, the hot tub and pool were heated to perfection and there were perfect amounts of household items like paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. There were ample pool and bath towels, which was appreciated! The kitchen was well-equipped and well-functioning which made for some excellent home-cooked meals. The grill was also in perfect working condition and we used it multiple times. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and everyone was able to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying the palm tree views in the backyard and the snow-covered mountain views from the front of the house. The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.

We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
