Beautiful Room on the 3rd Floor for Rent in the Summer. A great view of the mountains of Guzelcamli. Corridor with private bathroom and shower.French balcony with large sliding door window and a large balcony with seaview for breakfast on the 3rd Floor.Breakfast included. Towel/Linen changing. Single Bed. Airport Izmir 90km, City Center 12km, Grocery Store Migros 2 Minutes away, small Store in the Site, Cafe/Restaurants close by near the seaside or City Center. Small bus stop infront of the gate to City Center.5 Minutes walk to the seaside.It is a white sandy beach with some rocks.Olympic Open Swimming pool 5 steps from the terrace and garden.

I love the seaside where our house is located. I do a lot of swimming and walking. There are nice shops in Kusadasi and beautiful Cafes.

Why they chose this property

I used to travel myself in this area many years and this location is peaceful, quiet, always fresh air and healthy living.

What makes this property unique

Our villa has a perfect location. 5 Minutes from the seaside and close to two villages Sogucak and Davutlar. There are small buses which stop infront of our gate to town and to Aydin.
