Cruise on our bikes to the nearby restaurants in palisades village, or along the beach bike path from our comfortable and spacious place. A block from the cliffs with world class views overlooking the beach and Los Angeles.

Grab fresh eats from the farmers market and cook in our spacious kitchen with dual fuel stove and convection oven.

Relax in the jet tub in the spacious master ensuite bathroom.

This 4 bedroom home located near the fabled views of LA in exclusive Pacific Palisades is walking distance (less than 15 mins) to the beach and great dining, and a short drive to many LA hot spots.

Our house sleeps 12 adults or kids. Plus we have inflatables if you need more room.

The Master Bedroom Suite offers a king-sized bed connected to a full sized bathroom and private den.

Both the living room and master suite sport floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which open out to a private, tranquil, and sunny outdoor deck where you can find quiet and relaxation in full sun or partial shade.

The media room converts to a bedroom with a folding double bed.

Upstairs there are 2 additional bedrooms, the larger with 2 double beds, the smaller with a queen. 3/4 bathroom is fully updated.

Don't need all this room? We are happy to discount for smaller groups and families.

For surfers and beach lovers we provide body boards and surf boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests for picnics.

Pacific Palisades is an upscale yet family friendly community located off of PCH Pacific Coast Highway between Santa Monica and Malibu and is one of the finest residential areas of Los Angeles. Malibu with its world famous Surfrider Beach is just 15 minutes North by car. Enjoy the Santa Monica Mountains with scenic hiking trails overlooking the ocean with trailheads blocks away. Palisades Village is within less than 15 minutes walking (2-3 minutes driving) time and exclusive restaurants, cafes, parks and more.

The view from the bluffs will take your breath away
The neighborhood was very safe & I felt comfortable going out alone. The view from the bluffs took my breath away & the town was an easy walk. The people n the neighborhood are very friendly & helpful in directing us to places. I as able to do my work using the internet & had the privacy of an office with a door. My son who lives in LA stayed over night & we watched movies together. The beds were very comfortable & the owner was very responsive to any concern we had. We had a wonderful experience staying in pacific palisades.

Perfect Pacific Palisades vacation!
The house was nestled in the Bluffs neighborhood in Pacific Palisades. We enjoyed our strolls to the bluffs with the spectacular views of the Pacific, Catalina and Santa Monica. The house was spacious allowing my husband to work while I was in another room. We loved the gorgeous new kitchen appliances. The fenced yard and gated deck were perfect for our dog. The home owner was very responsive and very generous. We loved the chill, dog-friendly neighborhood, amd it’s hard to beat the California sunshine!

Cozy, Comfortable & Well Appointed
This is a cozy, comfortable spacious home located in a pleasant secluded neighborhood. Located just a few blocks from the bluffs overlooking the ocean, this is a wonderful home equipped with everything needed for a short-term or long-term stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice to deal with. We highly recommend this wonderful place!

Beautiful location with everything you need
We had a wonderful time in this cozy, clean, well stocked home! Host was very quick to respond to our inquiries. The beds we're very comfortable, and they had a portable crib (along with so many other extras for families). Our children loved riding the bikes down to the beautiful view at the end of the street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

Malibu with its world famous Surfrider Beach is just 15 minutes North by car. Enjoy the Santa Monica Mountains with scenic hiking trails overlooking the ocean with trailheads blocks away. Palisades Village is within less than 15 minutes walking (2-3 minutes driving) time and exclusive restaurants, cafes, parks and more.

One tip is to check out the Saturday morning Farmers Market by the Palisades high school, which is 3-4 blocks walking distance.

Size
We have 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds for 10 adults spread out through the house for privacy. Large living room, dining room opening to a comfortable deck , plus 2 1/2 baths ensure space, relaxation, and comfort for all.

Value
We have a comfortable, spacious house in a great location with good amenities at a price competitive to similar Palisades rentals, and far below Santa Monica and Malibu area hotels. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
