Of course, reaching all 3 major ski resorts (Loon/Cannon/ Waterville) couldn't be easier as we are centrally located just off 93.

Clean, comfortable and quiet, yet convenient to everything, 'The Bear House' is a great alternative to crowded condos and hotels. And without having to park a mile from the door!. This is NOT an investment property ... it is our home away from home and we use the Bear House as many weekends and non-school days as we can, so we make sure it as welcoming as it can be.

Great location with plenty space
Nice and clean house. Quite área with a beautiful backyard. We loved the rooms well distributed. Plenty space for family and friends. Highly recommend.
