Welcome to paradise! LQ149 is the perfect quick getaway for singles or couples! This unit offers 682 square feet of living space featuring an upgraded second story and is one of the two one-bedroom condos we have. The living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa and over sized chair perfect for relaxation. HDTV perfect for entertaining along with a fireplace for romantic nights. The suite offers free high-speed WiFi and cable.
Enjoy homemade dinners created in a fully equipped chef’s kitchen which features granite counter tops, 3 bar stools, cookware and dinnerware sets with utensils—just bring your groceries and get creative! When it’s time to retire this condo offers supreme sleeping accommodations. The master suite hosts a king bed, HDTV flat screen and writing desk.
This condo is located on the Embassy Suites grounds, however, is not affiliated with Embassy Suites. You may enjoy their dining room, bar and spa services. Across the street is the Historic Old Towne La Quinta with shopping and superior dining including; Stuft Pizza Bar & Grill, the Grill on Main and La Quinta Brewery. Dirty Condo
Location was very good, unit needs some TLC, chairs were removed from our pool on the second day, I phoned the property manager, they never did get returned. Unit was filthy, they had to come and clean carpet the next day, along with the unit. Not a great cleaning, but better than it was. Then we discovered the black mould on the shower curtain. They came to replace it that day, but the replacement was 6 inches too short. It was never replaced with a proper one. Lights in bathroom were burnt out, making it very dark. It’s sad that whoever checks this unit before the next guest arrive couldn’t have seen these issue.

Excellent location across the street from Old Town La Quinta. Close to many restaurants and bike rental place. Nice location for walks and running. Pools are clean and water perfect temperature. Very nice stay.

Place was nice and conveniently located. The only complaints are: The sheets did not fit the bed properly, the edges kept on coming off. The shower curtain is too short and a lot of the water was spilling out.
