Our spacious three bedroom suite is quietly nestled in a residential cul-de-sac in a preeminent sub-division with quick access to interconnected recreational walking-trails and biking-trails systems in south Anchorage. It comfortably fits seven (7) and is centrally located within ten minutes from downtown Anchorage's premier restaurants, movie theaters, museums, shopping malls, Alaska Railroad terminal, and airport!

The suite comes with a full array of kitchen amenities. Dining and cookwares includes: plates, silverwares/flatwares, drinking glasses, tea and coffee cups, toaster, coffee maker, cutting knives, cutting boards, wireless digital wine bottle opener and foil cutter, barbecue wares, crock pot, cooking pots/pans, baking dish, serving plates/bowls/dishes, beverage pitcher, ice bucket, kitchen towels, oven mittens, dish detergent. All cupboards are labeled!

Included throughout the entire suite is forced air heating via in-floor vents. Also, there is a gas forced-air fire place in the living space of the suite!

Also, there is a dedicated laundry-room that comes with stacked oversized luxury Electrolux digital washer and dryer.

Additionally, the suite comes with a flatscreen Smart Television and is accompanied by a Samsung DVD/Blue Ray player (Red Box movie rentals is a available at various locations locally). Also, basic TV is available for your entertainment!

Furthermore, heated garage parking is available. Enjoy a private deck and a beautifully manicured large enclosed backyard (Spring through Summer ONLY). The backyard is available for picnics, parties, barbecues, and pets! Private entry, back deck/patio furniture are also available. Brand name barbecue grill and gas are provided for your pleasures!

Finally, the property is located in the heart of Anchorage, Alaska. Just ten minutes drive to downtown Anchorage’s restaurants and mall. And five minutes drive to the Southside Dimond Mall, banks, hunting supplies and nationally recognized chain stores—Walmart, Costco, Cabela’s, Bass Pro Shops, REI Coop, Sportsman’s Warehouse, Fred Myer Supermarkets, and Target Stores.

Not quite ‘comfortably sleeps 7’ but okay
We stayed with 7 adults, and the property was a bit of a squeeze. The blow up mattress wasn’t set up, and there was no reasonable place to put it. We contacted the host and they responded to put it in the living room, which didn’t have proper blackout curtains, and would give us no privacy. We ended up shifting the heavy furniture in one bedroom, but this should have been done in advance, and called out in the listing. Dealing with just one bathroom for 7 is also quite the squeeze, we wouldn’t do it again in a hurry.

Got to the property and had no instructions on how to enter. Had to message Sean and wait for a response. Got him on the phone to figure out how he wanted us to enter the property. Got in, place was nice. Beds were not real comfortable. Light bulbs missing in any of the rooms. Bathroom wall was soaked behind toilet and had packaging tape on It. My friend and I were excited to use the gas fireplace since it’s cool there. Looked around to try to find how to turn it on, couldn’t find any switch or instructions.. Contacted Sean and asked him how to turn on the fireplace. He responded “The fireplace doesn’t come-on-line until the fall season.”. I asked where in his property listing did he disclose that information. He then advised “ These are summer months and the fireplace is off-line. That’s the property owner reserved discretion.” No where in his ad did he say that we were unable to use the fireplace. The fireplace was fully functional and he still wouldn’t they us use it. Rude and unapologetic. He then tried to charge me for a bear spray that was left in the home that he didn’t take the time to look for. Don’t expect to use all the amenities that he lists.

Excellent, nice private backyard, nice furnishings
My wife, dog, and I stayed here for a couple weeks on our move up to Anchorage. It was an excellent place to stay temporarily as we moved up to AK. The yard was PERFECT for our dog, and I also enjoyed sitting in the sun on a patio lounge chair. The inside was nicely furnished and everything was comfortable. I am quite picky about where we stay, but this place really met and exceeded my expectations. The neighborhood is a middle to working class neighborhood with plenty of kids running around and people walking their dogs. There are also a lot of thoughtful “extras” - including nice laundry baskets, blankets, your own garage space, and other small details. It was also very quiet despite the family living upstairs. Most of all, it felt private, which we particularly liked. Finally, Sean was a gracious and patient host and his wife and kids were all very kind and respectful. If you are looking for a place with good location in Anchorage to spend a short time, or even a couple of weeks, I recommend this place.
