Spacious and welcoming
Spent the wknd with my family for my cousin's wedding. Being able to relax and have room to maneuver was 10x better than being cramped in a hotel/motel room. Off the main streets so we weren't bothered by the noise of traffic. Great stay!

Convenient and clean
Donna is the best hostess! She is very responsive. The house fit our party of 9 comfortably. The location was great- close to freeway and the beach. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

warm and comfortable home.
This is a beautiful home with plenty of room. It is stocked well with all the essentials, plenty of DVDs if the weather is bed. Children have plenty of space to move about. The outdoor deck has a grill and all the necessities for outdoor cooking. Also an indoor screened porch which is quite comfortable with a good size table for eating. There is also a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Overall, a really nice experience.

Girls weekend 2017
We were 6 women celebrating our yearly high school reunion. I am very happy to say that this house was all it was advertised to be. We were extremely comfortable in the very cushy living room furniture with more than enough seating. The beds were comfortable and we loved the screened in porch. I was surprised to find all the condiments for cooking as well as coffee. Upon arrival the house was immaculate. Donna was available anytime I texted her both before and during our stay. All in all our stay was comfortable, the neighborhood was quiet and the owner was very accommodating.

Great location, super clean house
The owners were very quick to respond to all inquires and made our stay very enjoyable. The house is a short drive to Sandy Neck beach and East Sandwich beach. Both are beautiful. Its also close (again, a short drive) to local restaurants. Seafood Sam's was terrific! The house was clean, the linens smelled great, and well equipped (beach chairs, towels, kitchen, etc.) Perfect for our stay!

I am from Massachusetts and live in Mansfield for the most part but stay at my home in Sandwich for short stays on the Cape. I love sharing my home with families and others so that it gets to be appreciated in the way that we did as a family. My children are grown now and my husband is deceased so my life has undergone some changes, but it is fun for me to see and hear from people that they had a wonderful time, that the house is utilized in this way.

Why they chose this property

We chose the area because it is close to the ocean and we lived the surrounding marshes. It is very relaxing with very little car traffic.

What makes this property unique

The open floor plan, the unique windows throughout the house, especially in kitchen and the screened patio make it very desirable to live in. I always get positive comments about the screened patio as it is always cool in the summer.
