Bayhill House is really our family home from home, the reason we fell in love with the house was the location with its fabulous views and the friendly Kittitian people. Bayhill House benefits from flexible accommodation with the benefit by separate negotiation of a further 1 bed apartment. Main house has large split level living room and Dining area, Large extended verandah, and new terrace finished in cut stone, in the main house we have 2 large Master Suites and then via the steps outside lead on to a separate Garden Suite downstairs. Bayhill House has just currently been through a $150,000 investment which now includes a large Infinity Pool with million dollar views, Extended Terrace, Dining Gazebo and Upgraded En-Suites and New Air Con in all the bedrooms. Most of the Art in the house has been painted by my wife Pamela. We do automatic bookings and payment through Paypal via our website

About Bayhill House:

Bayhill House sits in a commanding position near the highest point of Frigate Bay, on the picturesque island of St Kitts overlooking both the Caribbean and the Atlantic Oceans. Basseterre is 4 miles away, as is the Robert Bradshaw International Airport. St Kitts has many wonderful beaches which can be found all over the island, but the nearest is less than 1/2 a mile away.

Bayhill House was built for & by the British Consulate of St Kitts, who lovingly designed the current layout. The house is privately owned and is available for a select few each year

Vaulted ceilings. 110v power. Access to En-Suite shower room. Separate Garden Suite is a large room with double patio glass doors on to terrace and garden. Queen size four poster bed, 2 double wardrobes, 2 plantation fans, air con, 2 rattan chairs. Access to En-Suite shower room. This Garden room is approached from the side of the house down its own steps to terrace, garden and suite.

By separate negotiation the house can sleep up to 9 people as we have a one bedroom apartment that can be let with the house. Th apartment consists of large double aspect living room with double doors on to terrace, 16 foot kitchen with cooker, fridge etc and shower room and large double bedroom with Queen size bed and double doors on to terrace. The bedroom has air conditioning.

Bayhill House sits in an enviable elevated position at the top of Frigate Bay with large mature gardens and uninterrupted views towards Nevis. Bayhill has just finished a $150,000 investment on a new large infinity pool and extended terrace with traditional stone gazebo as well as a total renovation of the house and upgraded En-Suite's. Bayhill has cool breezes that flow through the house with million dollar views from most the rooms, terraces and pool. With the many beaches within 5 minutes, as is many local restaurants and bars with the beautiful Royal St Kitts golf club which we have arranged very special rates from as little as $50 dollars per round. The airport is also 5-6 minutes away as is the main town of Basseterre and the local Port Zante with duty free shopping. All the facilities from the Marriott are only 5 minutes away with the casino and many dining options available as is the health spa.
