Brand new 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom luxury condo located one block from the beach. Unit will sleep 4 adults comfortably. Bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and large closet area. Spacious living area features a 60" TV, pull-out sofa, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. Common outdoor area has comfortably seating and features beautiful views of the Hampton River and marina. One block to beautiful Hampton beach and all of the charm of the unique beach town.

Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. The unit is located a short distance from the unique beach towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. The unit is also within an hour drive from the beautiful city of Boston, MA and from great outlet shopping in Kittery, ME.

Love this unit!
We have been vacationing at Hampton Beach for over 20 years. Our stay this year was one of the best partly due to our accommodations. Jenny's unit was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. The furniture was comfortable and the decor relaxing. When we had a question, she responded immediately. We highly recommend Jenny's spot!
