Just 8 minutes away from Westgate River Ranch where you can go to the rodeo, horseback riding, petting zoo, zip line, restaurant and bar.

We are 45 minutes away from Disney and 20 minutes from Legoland.

This Villa is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a full-service kitchen with new appliances.

Bedroom has king size bed, dresser, large closet and 55 inch television.

Living room: large sofa, wine storage, 72 inch tv

Dining area: Beautiful dining area

Bathroom: Enclosed glass shower. Upscale designer sink

Patio: Screened with outdoor dining set and patio grill

Kitchen: Smooth top 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator. Separate water cooler

Go skydiving at Florida Skydiving Center 20 mins away. Friendly community with old fashion family values.

Don't forget to check out Junior's Fish Market for delicious seafood. Manny's Restaurant is another favorite. Lots of mom and pop inexpensive side of the road to eat. Oh, also check out Rufus Barbecue on 60. He's on the street side and makes the best ever ribs.

The villa has beautiful heated pool and spa.

Provided in villa are abundant linens, blankets, bath towels, pool towels. All kitchen necessities.

Bring your boat, yes, there is boat dock/slip and just relax fishing on the lake. Don't have a boat, that's fine, just pull your chair up to the lake with a jug of lemonade, music, and throw your bait out and wait for a catch.

And you can park your trailer at the community center during your stay.

Enjoyable stay
Nice location away for town. Small community of very friendly folks. Plenty of open space and activities. A clean and well maintained living space. A couple of negatives are a small kitchen and Wifi was promised but in the process of being installed. Also the bed was soft for us.

The most important thing for me in choosing vacation accommodation is comfort and cleanliness -- everything has to be clean, fresh, and comfy. Once I have those in place, I create my own fun. I love the outdoors, laid back atmosphere with real people -- not A fan of formalities, restrictions, and scripted behaviors

Why they chose this property

Being from New York City, I fell in love with Lakeshore because it's the total opposite of the hustle and bustle of the city. The foliage and scenery adds a sense of calmness and tranquillity that captured me. Driving around town with very little traffic added to its beauty. Everyone is friendly. I still refer to the Villa as "my cottage in the woods".

What makes this property unique

There is an amazing jogging path surrounded by trees and shrubs where I stroll around every morning. Sometimes I sit in the little gazebo and just watch the squirrels run around, birds and exotic animals. I get clarity and a sans of peace being here.
