Phoenix West II is now called "The Oasis at Orange Beach" because it has so much more to offer than any other Phoenix Condominium! In April, the NEW ADULT POOL will be open along with the NEW RESTAURANT AND BAR!

Our 4 bedroom , 4. 5 bath PENTHOUSE CONDO has over 2500 square feet with an open floor plan with 10 foot ceilings! The views are unbelievable with over 65 feet of floor to ceiling windows in the living room and dining room. This is a lot larger than any Phoenix condominium.

The spectacular setting from the 30th floor provide the best views on the Gulf of Mexico! It has a secluded balcony, upgraded furnishings and floor to ceiling windows in every room!
You will fall in love with the 75 inch TV and newly built with state of the art built in fireplace!

All bedrooms have views of the State Park and the Gulf of Mexico with gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Two of the bedrooms have king beds and two have 2 queen beds each so there is a total of 2 kings and 4 queens. We also have a queen deluxe air mattress.

You will be sure to find that our penthouse condo will provide your family with memories that will last forever!


We are owner/operators have been renting vacation properties since 2002 and that makes a huge difference. Since we only have a few properties, we are able to keep them in excellent, like new condition. We can help you immediately with any concerns and we personally care about your vacation experience! We provide you with our cell phone numbers so we are here to help you to make your vacation the best ever! As you can see, renting from the owner has it's advantages! We look forward to hearing from you!

In the peak season, there are only 2 parking passes allowed for our 4 bedroom condos. There is off-site parking if you need more parking. In the slower season, we have plenty of parking available.

Another reason for the new name, The Oasis at Orange Beach is because it has the largest floor plan of any Phoenix building and the balconies are much larger too! The average of a Phoenix condo 4 bedrooms are 2000 sq. ft compared to 2500 sq feet and that provides a much more open feeling! Also our balcony is almost twice the size.

These amenities are some more reasons why our complex has changed it's name to "The Oasis of Orange Beach"

If it is available just lease it you won’t regret it. It has a fantastic view. The breeze was amazing. The decorations and beds are excellent. Treat yourself, family, and friends. You deserve a place like this.

Great place to stay, even if the weather doesn't cooperate
Our family of 8 adults had a great time here. When the weather was rainy, we had a beautiful place to hang out and read, play games, do a puzzle, or cook. When the weather was good, we were just and elevator ride from the beach.

Simply Amazing!
We didn’t think it could be even more beautiful than the pictures… but it was well above and beyond our expectations! The views and cleanliness was top notch! So much space, the decor and furniture was high quality and some our friends when they came to visit couldn’t believe it! Our trip consisted of my wife and I along with our four kids. And hands down, we all felt like it was the best place we’ve ever stayed. I couldn’t believe even the extras that were in the closet like beach chairs and sand toys for the kids. Thanks again for the stay! We hope to stay with you again in the future!

Why they chose this property

Our dream was to have a 4 bedroom condo rental in Phoenix West II but we never thought it was possible! But thanks to my Dad, Harry Tisch, we were able to purchase this amazing condominium! We named it," PARADISE VIEW" because the amazing, stunning, and the private views are probably the best on the Gulf of Mexico! When we saw the large open floor plan with all the floor to ceiling windows, it took our breathe away!!

What makes this property unique

It is decorated with upscaled furnishings, yet very comfortable too! The large balcony and great views from every room make it a one of kind property. Every guest that has stayed with us has been such a tremendous blessing and has helped to keep our dream alive! That is why we will continue to do the best and hopefully will exceed your expectations!
