Our apartment is located in the heart of Gonzaga and has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, suite and private terrace and the second bedroom has a bunk bed. The room opens onto a large 7 meter terrace. You will find in our apartment an equipped kitchen and washing machine, it has air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate 4 guests.
The building also has a lan house, playground, reading room, games room, sauna, gym, swimming pool and children's pool.

Gonzaga is the main neighborhood, if you are looking to dine out and go shopping as three of the main shopping centers are within walking distance of the apartment. The main stretch of the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, where you can stroll in the beautiful garden or just enjoy the beach. The apartment is located in a quiet street, between Tolentino Filgueiras and Azevedo Sodré, which are home to many trendy restaurants and bars.
Around the block you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks ... virtually all the amenities you need

It is easy to reach by car or public transport.
