Located in Saco, Maine in a quiet, family-friendly coastal neighborhood. Steps to a 7-mile pristine white-sand beach with plenty of beach to enjoy even at high-tide!

Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, new dishwasher and granite counters.
Coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave.
Breakfast bar seats 4 and separate dining table seats 4.
3rd floor bonus room perfect for reading, TV, board games or just listening to the waves.
4 AC units throughout house.
Outside patio with dining table, grill and outdoor shower!
WiFi , Cable TV and DVD player.
Homeowners provide pillows and a quilt for each bed.
All other bedding and towels are the responsibility of the renter.
Off-street parking for 2 cars.
QUIET family-friendly neighborhood!
Ice Cream Truck comes to neighborhood daily!
½ mile from small town with ice cream parlor, restaurants, gift shops, library, public tennis courts, basketball courts and shuffleboard!
1 mile from Old Orchard Beach with boardwalk (with lots of restaurants and shops), amusement park rides including ferris wheel and carousel on the beach, and semi-pro baseball league!
Less than 5 miles from movie theater, bowling alley, antique shops, Aquaboggan and Splashtown/Funtown water parks/amusement park!
½ hour from Portland, Maine.
Less than 2 hours from Boston.

Weekly rate varies from $4,200-$4,500 depending on week rented.
$500 security deposit to be collected in addition to weekly rate. Returned within 30 days of checkout if no damage to property.

Great location!!
We absolutely had a great time at this house!! Perfect amount of room for us. Only downfall is that it only has one ac unit in top bedroom. We didn’t expect that but we kept windows open all the time so only got warm during hot part of the day. Owners were super helpful!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
