Ground Floor Pet Friendly Condo - Steps to the Beach & Large Heated Pool!

Paradise Beach Club 101 is proudly managed by 'Stay In Cocoa Beach', the top vacation rental manager on the Space Coast!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

Enjoy all the benefits of having a ground floor unit without having to sacrifice an excellent view of the OCEAN. This fully renovated unit is perfect for relaxing on your private patio, enjoying the well-maintained lawn, pool and other great complex amenities.

Unit 101 comes fully stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a pull-out sofa if required. Both bedrooms have smart TV's. All bed linen, bathroom towels and beach towels are provided – travel light, no need to bring your own!

Travelling with your four-legged best friend? Great! Our dog travels everywhere with us and we're so glad to hear you're bringing your dog too! The pet “relief” area is located just steps from the unit so you don't have to go far in your jammies for that morning potty break. Two dogs are permitted. Sorry, no cats or dangerous dog breeds.
Paradise Beach Club is centrally located – 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport (MLB) and 1 hour from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Publix (grocery store) and several quick service dining options are located just across the street. You can also stock up at the local Costco which is just 10 miles away. Other areas of interest include:

Port Canaveral Cruise Terminal (28 min / 16 miles)
Kennedy Space Center (40 min / 29 miles)
Brevard Zoo – Voted BEST zoo in North America (18 min / 11 miles)

Great place to stay . Centrally located to shopping and restaurants . Two things we wish were different . It’s an older building noise from upstairs was an issue . Also people saving pool chairs for days at a time not enough for everyone to enjoy the pool .

Let me say the condo was nice. The appliances were new or near new and worked fine. The beds were uncomfortable. There was no grab bars in the walk in shower. The manager Jerry was very helpful and did a great job. He should get a raise in pay.

Roomy and clean. Perfect ground level condo for kids and pet. We have stayed at this location 2 times and had good experiences on both occasions. The condo has been upgraded with very nice amenities.
