Perfect city location between the City and Kings Park, this magic Studio Apartment is in a whisper quiet small building, metres from Kings Park, down the road to the City Centre and easy access to Freeways and main arterial routes out of town. This magic pad has a good size renovated kitchen, bathroom and living area with timber flooring. Plenty of room within this super tidy apartment and very open plan with the kitchen having a picture window across the living area to the belltower river outlook.

This charming apartment is ideal for singles or couples. We can't accept bookings with children due to the stairs and low railings.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. Enjoy the queen bed with fresh linen, One flat screen TV.

We provide you with fresh towels and linen as well as some tea and coffee supplies. The kitchen is equipped with cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, convection oven/microwave, kettle, toaster, stovetop and a fridge.

Stair access from the front of the complex enjoy this studio apartment with open plan living/dining & bedroom. We can't accept bookings with children due to the stairs and low railings.

The complex
Our apartment and complex is safe and secure with a parking bay that may be available on request. Although Malcolm Street is an older style building, it is clean and well maintained.
Parking
Parking is not included in the rate at Malcolm street. The parking bay is shared between 3 apartments in the complex that are short term apartments. There is a height limit as the car bay is under the building of 2 meters so some 4WD’s with roof racks may not fit. You can secure this bay with a payment of $49.00 per week to pay up front at the time of payment for your apartment. Once you have paid this the bay is solely yours for the duration of your stay. It is undercover in a secure locked gate area underneath the building of 45 Malcolm Street. 1 floor below street level

The apartment is walking distance to the Perth CBD and shopping mall precinct. We are a quick 5 min stroll into the City of Perth. With a 5 min stroll in the other direction will take you up to the famous Kings Park. Take a stroll to the Swan River.

1-minute walk to the bus stop and to the free cat bus stop for the Green route
15-minute walk to 2 train line stations – Fremantle & Mandurah
15-minute walk to 2 bus port stations – The city bus port at The Esplanade and Wellington Street

Perth has a fantastic transport system that will connect you to other places of interest which include Fremantle, Crawley Riverfront, Subiaco, Claremont, Cottesloe Beach and Leederville.

Fast Eddys Cafe a 10-minute walk from the apartment is open 24 hours.

The Transperth airport bus 37 will take you to our door daily.

Nice apartment in a great location
We were very happy in this tastefully furnished apartment. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as Kings Park was a stones throw away and yet it was just a short walk to downtown Perth.

Lovely apartment at central location

Gateway to Kings Park
Kings Park is the jewel in the crown for Perth. The unit, while small, was very well renovated and nicely furnished and fitted out. And an excellent location for anyone wanting access to Kings Park and the city.
