The Village at Breckenridge is a spacious, newly remodeled and decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski-in/ski-out condominium that can accommodate 6 - 8 guests. This 3rd floor end unit has a large balcony overlooking the mountains, river and town of Breckenridge. Considered to be the BEST location in all of Breckenridge, since it is located at the base of Peak 9 and you can't get any closer to the slopes, the ski school and the rental equipment shop than this! After a day on the slopes, walk to all the restaurants, shops and everything else that Breckenridge has to offer!

This amazing condo has new mountain-decor furniture, new and luxurious bed linens and features a large floor plan with a living room that has a warm gas fireplace, a flat-screen HDTV with a blue-ray/DVD player, an iPod dock, a queen sofa/bed for additional sleeping accommodations, and amazing views of the mountains, river and town. From the living room, walk out to the large balcony for even more amazing views. The dining area has seating for 6 plus an additional 3 seats at the kitchen counter/bar. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need to prepare a meal at home and includes a Keurig Coffee maker and a regular automatic-drip coffee maker, so bring your favorite flavors. The large living area is perfect for the whole family as a place to relax and unwind after a day of fun and festivities on the mountain and in town.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a large walk-in closet, a sliding glass door which leads to the large balcony and private full bathroom. On the opposite end of the condo, you will find the guest room with two (2) queen beds, another flat-screen TV, a sliding glass door which leads to the another small balcony and a full size bathroom.

Excellent condo and location

Condo was clean, comfortable, bright and had everything we needed. The location could not be beat. Restaurants and shops were right across the street, ski school and ski rental shops were located on the ground floor and the parking garage was heated. Will definitely be back!

Great location. No car needed after arrival.

I have stayed at Peak 9 a half dozen times. The location being so close to lift and main street is excellent. The lodging is large with the bedrooms on opposites sides of a large LR/DR/Kit. The property is starting to show its age and could use some upgrades. The hot tubs work but are ancient. Be prepared. Only items in kitchen were a few coffee filters and salt and pepper. Even the ice maker was off and there was no ice to be used upon check in. Some other VRBOs I have stayed in had some more basics and condiments. The pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and knives could stand to be replaced. Carlos is responsive and made sure all necessary information was received prior to my arrival.

Best location in Breck. Quicksilver lift, ski school, and equipment rentals are a 1 min walk away, and downtown reataurants out the other side of the building just steps away!! Condo was very clean, and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Great 2 bedroom condo in a perfect location. Ski in, Ski Out, and across the street from main street. We never used the car once we parked in the garage. The accommodations were comfortable, clean, and well represented by the description and pictures on the website. The décor was a bit dated, but hey, we weren't there to look at the fake plant in the corner. The property manager Carlos was helpful, and even allowed us to check out a few hours late so that we could squeeze in a few hours of skiing on the day of our departure. Highly recommend.
