About this property

Bialik Street -Gorgeous Bauhaus Apartment in Historic Building 110M 2 Balconies

A rare luxurious apartment offering peace and tranquility amidst the best of Tel Aviv's life and activities -- in one of City's most beautiful historic Bauhaus buildings. This is a spectacular, spacious, newly remodeled apartment with exceptional light and exposures on Tel Aviv's most central and desirable street. Situated in a secluded park like oasis, this apartment offers incredible access to endless day and nightlife, shopping, markets and dining out only 2 minutes away.

The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen (dishes, utensils, high quality cast aluminum pots and pans, and supplies). Its Hebron stone counters and built in sink custom designed by the Zakkak Brothers Studio, makes it both a functional kitchen and an aesthetic masterpiece. The master bedroom has a top of the line king size bed, and in the second bedroom there is a new, a comfortable double sofa bed. The second bedroom has an en suite bath. The rooms have zone controlled central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and high speed internet. Top quality, professionally laundered Egyptian cotton towels and linens are provided.

While this apartment is lovingly maintained by its owners, it is also professionally managed so nothing is left to chance from cleanliness to preparation for your arrival.

The apartment is only available on select holidays and the rate quoted is for the holiday period. Please be in touch if you have questions or need clarification.

Large and beautiful apartment!
Ron's apartment is amazing! It is open, airy, and beautifully refurbished to keep the charm and character of the era it was built. It has the most unique and beautiful light fixtures throughout and many wonderful pieces of art in the home. The unit has wrap around porches and overlooks famous Bialik street. We made cappuccinos daily with the espresso machine and sat outside admiring the view. It was by far our favorite vacation rental we have stayed in hands down. We are VRBO owners ourselves so we have pretty high expections. We loved it so much we extended our stay to a total of 3 weeks because we were so happy and comfortable there and couldn't imagine finishing our vacation anywhere else. Ron was a breeze to work with during the reservation process and check out. He is very kind and a great host, it felt as if you were speaking with a friend during the whole process. Don't think twice about staying anywhere else. If the apartment is available on your dates, book it!

Classic Architecture. Spacious Apartment.
My wife and I have rented apartments during our visits to several countries and looked forward to staying on Bialik Street in Tel Aviv. We have a check list of what matters to us as the apartment often determines how successful or vacation will be. It includes: 1. Courtesy of owner, 2. Location of Apartment 3. Cleanliness of Apartment 4. Responsive of owner 5. The character of the neighborhood where the apartment is situated. We have other criteria but on these critical points, this apartment gets an A. I am not one to exaggerate but when an apartment not only works well but actually adds to our travel experience, it deserves a A rating. We have visited Tel Aviv before and even though there are a number of very nice, centrally located, upscale neighborhoods, none have the character, architectural depth, ambience, and proximity to the best restaurants, shopping, and cultural experiences as Bialik Street. The street for those who are unfamiliar with Tel Aviv is a cobblestone lane, it is secluded and quiet but in the absolute heart of everything. The apartment itself is a Bauhaus architectural gem which has been thoughtfully restored to honor its tradition while providing maximum comfort to those who stay there. It was, as advertised, professionally prepared for our arrival, lovely white linens, and an unexpected gift of fresh oranges, mangos, and other local produce welcomed us. We were greeted warmly on our arrival, shown around, and we had a 24 hour contact number in case any problems arose. Of course there were no problems but when renting it is always good to know you can reach a fluent English speaker any time you need assistance. We asked about local dining and were given some exceptional suggestions where we had several memorable meals. But my wife and I especially enjoyed bringing back local specialties from the spectacular Carmel Market which is 5 minutes away. We enjoyed these meals on one of the two beautiful terraces over looking the pond and palms surrounding the original Tel Aviv City Hall which sits at the end of the lane. I recommend it without hesitation.

Jewel apartment
We spent five days at the Bialek Street residence where we shared the apartment with another couple. The layout of the apartment allowed for total privacy in sleeping and bathroom arrangements. The common living area was light and airy, opening up to a balcony on each side of the living room-dining room combination, We enjoyed breakfasts in this delightful area prepared in the apartment's handy and well equipped kitchen. The location of the apartment was ideal for enjoying the various things Tel Aviv has to offer. We walked to museums, craft fairs, flea markets, shopping, Philharmonic Hall, and not least of all--the beach. We were also able to walk to a nearby bus which took us to the neighboring towns of Ranana and Ramat HaSharon where we visited friends and relatives. We would stay at 18 Bialek again and are recommending it to to friends, should they travel to Tel Aviv.

The location was fantastic, the apartment large and physically as advertised. The owner and manager was helpful and on time at both opening and closing. Only negative is lack of an elevator, but otherwise a great property.
