The neighborhood is comprised of a mixture of full time residents as well as vacation homes, which provides a relaxing atmosphere to spend your vacation. After spending all day at the theme parks, you'll appreciate the lack of activity as you pull into the drive at Corvina Cove. Take relaxing walks around Tuscan Ridge in peace and safety, there is very little traffic on neighborhood streets, and everything is well lit.

Kevin was amazing to deal with throughout the entire process. The property management responded immediately with any questions or concerns we had. The location was exactly what we were looking for and the temperature of the pool, and home, was ideal. The games area was used frequently by all family members and the neighbourhood was safe with friendly neighbours. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and there were enough towels and bedding for all family members. There were a few minor things that I would mention for future guests. The children found their beds uncomfortable, the barbecues burners need to be replaced, and the drier was having a hard time drying the clothes. The wifi was sporadic at times and the land line did not work. I did not complain about these issues and I am pretty certain the owner and manager would have responded quickly if I had. Our overall experience was a very pleasant one and I’m looking forward to another trip to Florida in our future.

To sum up in a single word: "okay.” Positives: property manager was initially responsive. We got brand new pots, pans and knives to replace old unusable ones when we complained, as well as a new office chair. There was a new BBQ. House was reasonably clean, and we never saw a bug. Wifi worked well, as did the heating and A/C. Water pressure was good. Pool was good size and heat was good. Negatives: property manager became less responsive over time. We had to solve clogged sink ourselves, despite his promises to come. Pool had a leak, had to add water every day, and it was not the cleanest. It turned green in our last week, and property manager had to come because pool company did not show. Grounds need maintenance, and junk needs to be removed. Neighbor has 2 big guard dogs that are always off leash and come onto the property – they charged our dog. Same neighbor also dumps garbage and recycling in our bins. Most appliances need to be replaced. Kitchen equipment other than new stuff needs replacing. Water tastes terrible – there’s a Brita but no filter. TVs are basic with no remotes, no cable, but there are Roku devices. King and Queen mattresses need to be replaced. Expect to supply all consumables, there is almost nothing. Generally, the house is tired, and could use updating and maintenance. If this was done, the rating could easily go up to “great.”

Family vacation
This property has everything you need and more! The property is well kept and comfortable. The pool was a perfect temperature for our grandchildren. The neighbourhood is beautiful, well kept and a nice walk. It was close to Disney as promised. I called the manager, twice and spoke directly to him. I emailed the owner and received immediate responses. My concerns, the satellite signal for tvs and pool heater were taken care of within an hour! Loved it and would definitely book again!

Kevin is a self-employed entrepreneur, web and application developer, Michelle is a homemaker, and our girls are beginning their own adventures with college and world travel. Peanut and Penelope are our doxies, both winning racers and all around fun pups.

Why they chose this property

We love Florida and have visited often to escape the long Montana Winters. Owning a vacation home is the best of both worlds for us since we can use it ourselves and also allow others to enjoy it. We also love Disney, and have been to Disney World and Disneyland many times over the years, so this gives us a chance to go more often.

What makes this property unique

We loved this home from the moment we saw it. It's a wonderfully large size, and the rear of the house feels very secluded. With an open view from the back, and non-pool homes on both sides, you feel like you have the whole neighborhood to yourself.

The home has a second living room and dining room, which we use as a game room and additional entertainment center.

The large master bedroom and bath provide a luxurious respite after a long day of playing.

The quiet of the home is unmistakeable, from taking a nice walk with the dogs to waking up in relative silence, the peace of the home and it's surroundings sets the stage for a wonderfully relaxing day!
