Large 3BR w/ pool and parking - near everything

July and August rentals: Friday-Friday. Full week rentals only during this time. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends require minimum 3 night stays. If the season approaches and we have openings remaining, will possibly consider shorter rental. If you are interested in June we can be more flexible.

All new furnishings make this condo a dream rental for your getaway. Relax in style! The condo has a master suite with king bed, a second bedroom with a queen, full, and twin beds, and the third bedroom has a king bed. All bedrooms have brand new LED televisions. Cable in the living area only. The three bedrooms have HDMI hook ups for your other device viewing. Sleeps 8 very comfortably!

Our condo building is fabulously located close to it all. It is steps away from Stray Dog, a popular and fun restaurant and bar, five minute walk to the beach, two minute walk to either marina, and steps from the Amtrak stop.

Outdoor pool and on rainy/cold days, take advantage of the heated indoor pool and the best fitness center in New Buffalo. Our unit is in the same building as the pool and gym so it's just a short elevator ride down.

This unit features 2 balconies. Beautiful rooftop patio and kitchen for perfect view of Lake Michigan sunsets.

Updated Condo in Great Location!
Overall our stay was awesome! The condo was very well decorated with king beds in both rooms and a crib to use for our toddler in the 3rd room. They had a closet with toys for kids if needed, which was nice. Plenty of bath and beach towels to use. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and a short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Our only 'criticism' is the check-in process to get the key fob was confusing but once we were in there were no issues and the train can be loud since the tracks are right outside the building; it didn't bother us or our toddler though - we did bring white noise machines too. It would be nice for the building to have some luggage carts available if needed, especially for renters staying a week or more. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and just went above and beyond, which we appreciated. We highly recommend this condo and absolutely will rent here again!

Great Location and Spacious
It had a lot of space, kids toys, indoor pool (the weather was very chilly (50s/60s) and we had to buy sweaters) and convenient to local attractions. We enjoyed the local shops, the beach (5-10 minute walk) Barney's Grocery store, the Amtrak (we took a day trip into Chicago) and The Stray Dog restaurant. It is very close to the Amtrak railroad, so be prepared to have a sleep machine or hear noises in the night to keep you awake. The owners were responsive to questions. We would stay there again.

Our family of five lives just an hour away and after years of renting in this building decided it was time to purchase this property and make it our second home.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location-- an easy walk to the beach and all New Buffalo has to offer. Our children love the indoor and outdoor pools which make this an ideal getaway year round. Beautiful small town feel with upscale dining & shopping. Short drive to the Warren Dunes. 75 minute train ride to downtown Chicago; 75 minute drive into Chicago; 30 minute drive to the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
