This fully equipped studio is two blocks away from the very trendy rue de bretagne at the filles du calvaire metro station, line 8. it is located at the second level (third American) of a XIX century elegant building with no elevator and opens south with three large windows on a planted and large courtyard. consequently absolutely no street noise. It is 30 square meters or around 300 square feet.

The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with Italian shower and a basin, a fully equipped kitchen with a combined washer and drier and a separate toilet. there are plenty of closets, a table for two and a desk.

The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free WI-Fi, free cable TV.

The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.

The location is very convenient to tour Paris. It is a walking distance (less than five minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille square and Republique square. You can then access metro hubs easily ( Republique and Bastille ) and go just everywhere in paris directly without changing lines. And you are only 15 minutes walking to the very center of Paris, chatelet.

The area is residential with a large variety of cafes and restaurants. In the same block there is a large supermarket ( carrefour market).

Apartment was nice with beautiful windows overlooking the courtyard. Good location, close to several metro stations. Amenities were pretty basic. Bad smell in the staircase. Olivier seemed annoyed with us at check in (stated that we requested early check in even though I told him we would be there by 1200?). He wouldn’t wait for my husband who had just popped in to the store, which meant I had to carry all our luggage myself up the stairs. He was most unpleasant about it. Otherwise Paris was wonderful!

Airy studio
The place is well located close to the metro station, shops and restaurants. We didn’t feel the photos were accurate to the current condition of the apartment. Perhaps they were taken when they place was just renovated but we felt a bit short on expectations. We also got surprised by the noise coming from the neighbours as they leave to work in the morning the common wooden staircase is a bit noisy in the morning but no noise from the street which we believe the apartment post title refers to. We were also asked to empty the garage which is the first time we had to do on this type of accommodation rentals. We would recommend to check the "house rules" before booking as we found they were penalty fees for not competing to these. Overall we had a good stay, the place was great for a short stopover.

Good Location for Getting Around Paris
The apartment was good but small. The bed was a little difficult to get in and out of just because of the type of bed, a little uncomfortable. There needs to be more lighting in the stairwells at night, very dangerous walking to the apartment. Otherwise we had a great stay and Olivier was very helpful when we arrived.

Perfect Apt for Two in Upper Marais
Great location to explore the Marais neighborhood. Conveniently located near two major Metro lines. Lots of great shops, patisseries, cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Wonderful opportunity to feel like a local. Apartment is as shown. Small but has everything you need. The wonderful large windows looking out on the central court are fabulous. Very quiet at night. Olivier was excellent to deal with- great communication. Lots of excellent tips on restaurants and services. Thanks for the great stay Olivier.
