If you're looking for a quiet beach getaway in a lovely home with only a short stroll to one of the best beaches in look no further – Brigadune in Neskowin is your perfect home away from home!

This three-story, modern classic that sleeps 6 is located in the desirable south beach area of Neskowin, a quiet, gated community. Brigadune is set in a secluded area on nearly an acre of wooded land on a quiet road.

The main level living area has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a river rock gas fireplace and a smart Roku TV with YouTube TV and Neflix. Enjoy cooking in the roomy well-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. Feel surrounded by the forest as you dine overlooking the woods. In the reading nook there are shelves of books, games and puzzles. The enclosed porch has a view of the wooded area behind the house. Open the windows and listen to the birds sing, or the rain fall while sipping your morning coffee. For your convenience a powder room/laundry room on the main floor has a stacked, front loading washer and dryer.

The top floor has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nice little peek of the ocean through the trees and a king-sized memory foam bed as well as a gas fireplace. You will also find a large, luxurious bathroom with a roomy shower, double sinks and a fabulous claw foot soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV.

On the lower level is the third guest bedroom suite with a view of the wooded area in back. This room has a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. Access to the double garage is from the lower level. In a nook in the garage an arcade machine with 60 retro games (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.) No quarters required! There is also a ping pong table in the garage for indoor fun on rainy days.

We hope you'll treasure our Brigadune as much as we do.

Wonderful Weekend
We came to Neskowin for a lovely 3 day weekend getaway. The house was wonderful and had all we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything worked well. The host was quick to respond and they even left a few goodies for us! We had a wonderful weekend here!

Family Weekend
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great house for teens, with plenty of parking. Just a short walk to beach access. We didn’t have the best weather so we watched movies by the fire and enjoyed the puzzles and games! The house was missing a couple items and the owners were quick to respond and have them delivered. Thank you!

It was marvelous! The property is beautiful, well maintained and very comfortable
Our stay was very relaxing. The pictures and descriptionof the property are accurate. Comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The 5 min walk to beach was easy but for someone with mobility difficulties it may be challenging. Karen was very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Beach House
This was the second time we stayed here and it was really a great place to stay, beautiful beach within walking distance, room for us and our 4 kids, an arcade game in the basement too.

Quick spring break vacation
This property was very accurate as advertised. We had a great weekend, the location was perfect for our older kids (21 and 17). Plenty of activities in the house in case the weather was terrible. We lucked out and it was a lovely sunny day so we took a short walk to the beach and visited a few other hikes in the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with gear that was in top condition and we had plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely visit again.

We are native Northwesterners who love to travel, but have always loved the Oregon Coast most of all. It has always been our dream to have a beach house of our own and in 2012 that dream became a reality. When we saw this house it was love at first sight.

Why they chose this property

We looked at many homes all along the Oregon Coast, but kept coming back to this one, the first house we looked at. We just fell in love with the little town of Neskowin with it's friendly people and gorgeous beach, by far our favorite beach on the entire coast. With Proposal Rock to the north and the tide pools and ancient forest stumps to the south, and the most amazingly soft sand, we can't imagine being near any other beach. And Neskowin is close enough to Lincoln City and Pacific City for those times we might be in the mood for a faster paced environment.

What makes this property unique

We love the classic beach house look of the cedar shake siding, the river rock gas fireplace in the light and airy living room and the roomy kitchen with granite counter tops. We also love the claw foot soaking tub in the master bathroom and the lovely little peek of the ocean from the master bedroom.
