New township legislation to regulate short term (under 30 days) rentals has unfortunately also made it a challenge for owners who only rent occasionally due to increased fees and permits. Therefore, we are offering one single monthly rental of 30 days mostly in the month of August at 10% off the weekly price. Approximately $6700 + utilities and fees.

Updated, mid-century modern cottage in the 5-star Platinum Lake Naomi community. The one-of-a-kind architectural design from the 60's spirals upward to create what guests have described as like being in a tree house. Double-height living room, large windows and skylights in most rooms provide lots of light and views of the woods. Large wood deck with Adirondack chairs just outside dining room sliding door overlooks woods and fire pit. Master and second bedrooms each have private covered balconies. Third bedroom has fun custom built-in bunk beds and a loft bed with a peek-out window that kids love. All bedrooms have skylights with custom shades for those who would rather not wake up with the sun.

A huge plus is our great location only a 5-minute walk to the lake and stunning outdoor pool. When pool parking is full on busy weekends you can easily walk. LNC is a private club but an optional but very highly-recommended purchase of a Lake Naomi Club Temporary Membership* includes a beautiful 9-hole golf course, Har-true tennis courts (with a brand new clubhouse), 3 pools (1 on the lake, 1 indoor with new kids area, 1 with climbing wall), spa (great for a rainy day), sailboat and kayak rentals, 4 beaches, archery range, 2 clubhouses for dining, indoor recreation center and more. Quick House Rules: No Smoking, No parties, Min. age of primary renter is 25, No dogs please as our son is allergic, Guests bring linens and towels. Please see the refund policy in the Rental Agreement that applies for for monthly rentals.

This is our families' second home that we love and use often (and that as an architect I enjoy continually improving) so we mainly offer it a maximum of 4 weeks in the summer and for 1 or 2 weeks at a time.

Membership required for access to the lakes, ponds and beaches, the Clubhouse-Restaurants, participation in recreation and social activities, the Recreation Tennis Courts, Pools, Silver Tennis (Court Fees are additional) and Silver Golf (Greens Fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with new kids area, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports like tennis, basketball and pickle ball, café, Indoor Tot Lot, Outdoor Pavilion, Archery Range, Outdoor Fields, Outdoor Playground and Wireless Internet Usage.

If you are renting a home in Lake Naomi or Timber Trails and would like to access our facilities, you must take out a Temporary Membership.
THE APPLICATION AND ALL PHOTOS MUST BE SUBMITTED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE. IF THESE ARE NOT RECEIVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $50.00 EXPEDITED PROCESSING FEE.
