This is a beach front unit with private gate to the beach. Pool in the front of the building. There are two parking spaces. You may choose to park underground or above.
Dining area and living room looks out onto the ocean and a 30 ft. balcony equipped with seating. The living room has a navy blue lazy boy sleeper sofa, a white leather recliner and a 50 inch flat screen TV. Dining area has a glass table with 4 chairs and additional(2) bar stools(2 folding chairs in closet). The kitchen is fully equipped with NEW appliances and includes full- size washer/dryer.
There are two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk in closet, Flat screen TV, and direct view of the ocean. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and linens are provided. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom right next to it, along with flat screen tv.
Beach towels and beach equipment are provided.

We live in NJ with our teenage children. I grew up in NJ. My husband is a native Floridian. Enjoyed visiting often and long for the warm weather. Have vacationed here for over 20 years. Its our second home.

This is our second condo on the Space Coast and we absolutely love this area. We've vacationed in Cocoa Beach for many years. Our kids have grown up with many great memories of visiting their grandparents in the area.
We love the great location and ability to walk to restaurants, cafes, boutique, souvenir shop, and more.

It was a little cool,but the condo was in the best part of the city and we could walk to just about everything. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean and the two rockets that went up while we were there.
I would definitely recommend this condo for anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and updated. It is stocked with everything you need for your stay. There is a beautiful view and we were able to enjoy watching dolphins from our patio. It is in a convenient location near restaurants and grocery stores. We didn't have the best weather everyday and were able to find an IMAX theatre close by. The owner was wonderful to work with and very prompt to reply with response for dates and with directions.
Right on the beach, great location! We had a lovely time.
A good place for quick access to the beach and breaking surf. A short ride provides access to rocket launching and space adventure activities. The condo is comfortable with a few restaurants in walking distance.
Enjoyed the direct beach access. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. All rooms were comfortable, beds slept well. Great working with the owners. No problems and we enjoyed our stay. We would recommend this property.

Tennis and Golf at the Cocoa Beach Country Club, one of the best municipal facilities in the country. Magic Kingdom 55 minutes away and 10 minutes to Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center.
