Luxurious, Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with high vaulted ceilings. The modern decor and color scheme creates an open, airy feel. This home has a great layout that allows one family privacy or 2 families or friends the ability to vacation together. There are 2 Master Suites at opposite ends of the house, as well as 2 living rooms with 42” flat screen tv’s. There are 2 twin rooms located in the middle of the house. Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

Bedrooms accommodate up to 8. The king master with en-suite is located at the back of the home. It has a spa tub, double sinks, and stand up shower, as well as a slider to the pool and 42” flat screen tv. The second queen master is located at the front of the house with an en-suite with a shower/tub combo and 32” flat screen tv. The remaining 2 bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each and share a full bath.

The front living room consists of a lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen and full dining table. The back living room is open concept with lounge/tv area with 42” flat screen, kitchen, breakfast bar and nook and slider to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and has everything you need. It is fully stocked to give you that at home feel by taking breaks from dining out for breakfast, lunch or dinner. A high chair, pack and play, and umbrella stroller are provided for the tiny ones.

Now let’s talk fun! The house is located 10 to 15 minutes from ALL ATTRACTIONS. The GAME ROOM features a pool table, indoor basketball, foosball table, and xbox station perfect for indoor fun. The private, screened in pool provides hours of outdoor fun in the sun!

Good family rental
We enjoyed our stay in Davenport. The house was very clean and well equipped with a coffee pot, keurig and small air fryer. We really appreciated the large amount of towels provided especially for use with the pool. Travel times to Disney can vary throughout the day as traffic backs up on the I4. A starter roll of paper towel, toilet paper, dish detergent and a laundry sample were provided, but there was nothing extra supplied. This was communicated before our trip, but can significantly add to the cost of your stay when you need to stock a full house. Laura was great to communicate with and very responsive to messages, a great host!

Met our expectations. Please swap out the mats in the big master bathroom at the back as they do not adhere to the floor and slide when you step on them which is very dangerous. Update the bed linens as the sheets had a couple of blue stains and are kind of warn out. Overall we were all pleased with the property and pool. Thank you

Amazing!
The house was clean upon arrival, exactly as described. Close to all attractions and shopping. Pool was awesome, kids loved the colour changing lights when swimming at night. Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Very clean home. Pool is excellent. Very central to everything, airport, grocery stores, restaurants, and Disney Parks. Communication with the homeowner is excellent. I would definitely recommend this home. I would also stay here again!

We bought this home in July 2016, after renting from others for 9 years while vacationing in Florida with our 2 children . It was a highly sought after home because it rented heavy throughout the year due to location near the parks. We took a few months to update the decor and furniture, paint the entire house, tile the floor, resurface the pool and update appliances. We did all of these things to make the home as comfortable and inviting as possible. When we vacation there we don't want to leave. We started renting in late November once everything was completed and we have great responses from guests. We are always open to feedback positive or negative so that we can provide the best experience possible. We hope you check it out.
