You have to book 72 hrs in advance, condominium rules.
In the heart of Aventura and half a mile from the beach and from Aventura Mall. In this condo you will relax for sure and enjoy all the amenities such as the gym, Jacuzzi, tennis and raquet ball courts. You'll be 25 minutes away from south beach. Fine restaurants are all around this area.
The closest beach is Sunny Isles Beach,5 min away driving. Fort Lauderdale Beach is 20 minutes away. Downtown are is 30 minutes away. It's a great location. If you need a minivan for 8, ask me for rental details.

Location was good!
Our group of 7 had the basics of what we needed during our trip to the Miami area. It was awesome to find a place with enough beds and bathrooms! We did have to call the owner to have the sheets switched on our bed. The bathrooms were not as clean as I liked. The owner was easy to reach and friendly.

Super nice
This condo is beautiful, minimalistly furnished but it had everything we needed. It is spacious and clean, and large enough for a big family gathering. The condo owner was helpful and communicated well via email and through the VRBO site. My only warning is the parking situation, which was sometimes a challenge. But we own a big van and the place could use a few more spaces for vehicles with handicap tags. Overall, if you stay there you won't be disappointed.

We loved it!
I went with my family on a shopping trip and the location was perfect. We loved the house, super comfortable and spacious, clean and overall great. Francis was very responsive and I would love staying here again
