Enjoy Cape Cod from this beautiful newly renovated home! With 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths, one 1/2 bath, it sleeps up to 10 very comfortably. This house offers two levels living with central A/C throughout. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with a 36" TV, formal dining room with seating for 8, and one primary bedroom with a king sized bed, 36"TV, & beautiful en suite bathroom with stand up shower. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, the second with a double sized bed (new mattress for 2023) , and the third with four twin sized beds(two sets of bunk beds). There is also a full bath on the second floor with tub/shower combination. Less than 1.5 mile to Seagull Beach. Amenities include gas grill, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower, washer/dryer and wireless internet, ping-pong table! Gather the family and book this great home for your summer vacation today! There are exterior surveillance cameras in the yard. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available upon request for an additional cost

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful house to vacation at and I highly recommend it for large families. We have stayed at this location twice. The only recommendation for this house would be for a better back yard to socialize in. (suggestion only)To the real estate company, a 9:30am checkout is too early. That is the only reason for my 4-star review for the property management company, other than that I would highly recommend this management company when renting. They are safe and reliable which is why I book through them. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, clean!!! We were 2 families traveling together and there was more than enough space for everyone. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room. We ate at Skallys down the road and they good food and great price on kids meals. If I had to say one bad thing it would be we would’ve loved an open outdoor shower but I suspect it was covered due to security cameras in the back and a clothesline would’ve been nice. Otherwise this home had everything we could ask for and we would definitely consider staying here again.

The place was very clean with the perfect touches. I would’ve like some sort of outside seating but everything was pretty perfect.
