This Studio has a spacious high ceiling and to keep things comfortable the apartment has full automatic air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans. This is a studio with all the amenities: fast Internet, Cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including, Microwave, Blender, Coffee maker, Cooking utensils, Stove-top burners, Tableware, Toaster, fridge and cleaning products to get you started.

The 6 km beach is about 20 seconds' walk from the condo door. To the right (east) of the beach are small restaurants, bars, and shops. To the left (west) is the Laurel Eastman kiteboarding school and launch site for kite and windsurf. Yoga classes are held at a hotel a short way down the beach.
