Good experience
Check in and out was easy and the property had everything we needed. We appreciated the extra towels and blankets! Beds were comfy and the showers had soap and shampoo which was nice because we forgot ours!

Neighborhood was a little questionable
We didn’t actually end up staying at the property. When we arrived, there were some questionable looking people loitering around the building. The neighborhood was not exactly what we expected. We had our three kiddos with us, so we decided to just grab a hotel in a different location instead. The host was kind to refund a portion of the cleaning fee since we did not end up staying at the property.

Property was not a safe neighborhood and outside was run down no where to park did not stay went to hotel instead. Very disappointed in listing.

I take excellent care of my property, so I have a feeling you'll love your stay here. My condo is clean and organized and you'll feel right at home.

Very important guidelines:
This rental is for registered guests only, who have been approved directly by me. No additional people will be able to join the reservation without the owner's knowledge. My approved guests may not later invite other additional people into the rental. No parties or events of any kind are allowed at this property. The condo is a nice, quiet place to enjoy by day and a great home for a comfortable night's rest. It's crucial that my neighbors are comfortable with the people staying in my home in my absence. That's what makes this site work for everyone involved. Thanks for reading about my space.

What makes this property unique

I prepare the condo ahead of time for the type of group coming to town. If you don’t have kids staying with you, I do my best to put the children’s items out of your way.
If you do bring kids along, my condo is definitely a place they will stay entertained! We have lots of toys to keep your little ones busy, as you can see in the pictures of the mini kitchen, books, puzzles, etc.
