PRIVILEGED LOCATION, near the beach (dist. Approx 100 m), in the first block of the sea, in Balneário Rainha, in Itapema do Norte - Itapoá.

Close to markets, snack bars, restaurant, ice cream shop and leisure area along Av. Atlântica in this Spa: square, sand court for games, outdoor gym, gazebos and benches, sidewalk and ORLA WITH NIGHTLIGHT (daytime and evening tours!)! Spa has undergone recent revitalization, few in the Municipality have this infrastructure!
