This beautiful villa has an open, spacious lay out with a fully equipped kitchen and casual dining on one side and Living Area and Formal dining on the other. Exit to your private partially covered pool deck through french doors directly from the living area. The pool and spa overlooks the conservation area offering added privacy.

The Bedrooms are as follows:

1 Master KING bedroom, ensuite bath, TV

1 Master QUEEN bedroom, ensuite bath, TV

2 TWIN bedrooms with shared bath, TV

For the little ones the house comes equipped with: Crib & Pack'nPlay, Strollers, High Chair and Booster Seat.

We can rent a BBQ gas grill if you wish to have one during your stay.

Awesome stay
The house was set up with all that we needed. The house had a “this is home” feel. All the information that we needed was on hand. The furniture was comfortable. Can not wait to stay here again.

We have stayed in many rental homes and this one was by far our favourite place. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and of course Disney! We will come back to this home again. Thank you!

We stayed at this place for a week & was not happy with the stay, the place was filthy clearly needed to be swepted & moped, pool was full of bugs and pump didn’t even run most of the time. Furniture needs to be replaced also its had enough.

Nice neighborhood, quiet. Pool in the back is semi private. Can see and hear neighbors on both sides. 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms, lots of space.
