It is located in front of one of the nicest beaches on the eastern coast, Los Corales, El Cortecito, Bavaro. It is a private project with 14 apartments and with first class finishing. Its design is a mixture of Mediterranean and Victorian Style, which are harmoniously located. The complex has a lush garden. It is gated, with parking. There is an outdoor pool; a gazebo with table & chairs.
The condo has common gas facilities. Condo has central air conditioning, along with air conditioners in each bedroom. There is 24-hour security and easy access to the beach -- 25 feet away. We have free wifi.
Our condo is a beautiful, well cared for beach condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The spacious interior is tastefully furnished. Kitchen is fully equipped, with all cooking utensils, dishes, gadgets, toaster, coffee maker, blender, teapot, hand mixer, juicer, spices, refrigerator, gas stove with oven, water cooler for bottled water, microwave, iron & ironing board and washer and dryer. Dining table seats 4. Living room has 2 comfortable chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV. You will find a comfortable king-size bed with a deluxe mattress in one bedroom and a comfortable queen-size bed with a deluxe mattress in second bedroom. There is ample closet space with built-in shelving. A safe is provided to keep your passport and valuables. There is a large terrace to relax on, with a table and 8 cushioned chairs for al fresco dining, and a settee with coffee table for relaxing and enjoying your morning beverage. Across from the magnificent Los Corales/El Cortecito beach with thousands of swaying palms. Short walk to supermarket -- Ciccolella --Dalias Bakery, beauty salon, pharmacy, restaurants and public transportation. 10 minutes from Centro Medico Hospital Punta Cana and Hospiten Bavaro Hospital. San Juan Shopping Center has two large supermarkets -- Jumbo and Pola; there is a Pizza Hut, Burger King and an ice cream shop, among other businesses and restaurants. A short distance away is the Palma Real Shopping Center with Moviemax theatre, restaurants, banking and boutique shops. The golf courses are Barcelo Bavaro, Cocotal Golf, White Sands Golf, La Cana, Punta Espada & Punta Blanca, Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore Golf Course and The Links at Casa de Campo. El Gym is nearby, located at the El Dorado Plaza. Also nearby are bus, motor scooter and taxi service.

Great location and excellent host!
This was not as nice as other properties I have stayed at, but there is absolutely everything you need. This is not someone who just decided to rent out a unit with only basics. The location is absolutely perfect, cross the avenue (one way traffic) and you are at the public access with one of the worlds best beaches at your disposal. Host was super responsive and really cared that we were happy with everything.

appartement OK, manque d'entretien des espaces communs, environnement sale et bruyant
Grand Appartement, bien ventilé et éclairé sans être trop chaud, la terrasse ombragée. Le divan du salon est relativement confortable Les matelas sont très fermes Laurine a répondu rapidement à nos demandes : coupure du signal de TV, coupure d’eau, bris de deux air climatisés, bris du frigo branchement internet L’appartement a deux portes patio, malheureusement il y a un espace de 2 cm entre la porte coulissante et le grillage, le soir les moustiques attirés par la lumière entrent dans l’appartement. La cuisine est bien équipée Les réparations des air climatisés ont pris en tout plusieurs jours nous obligeant à rester au condo au lieu de profiter de la plage. De plus l’absence d’air climatisé pendant plusieurs jours dans ce climat chaud et humide a eu un effet sur ma santé. Laurine a refusé de donner une compensation pour les inconvénients subis. En face du condo, il y a un resto bar qui joue de la musique forte de 9 h à 21 h, cela devient harassant d’entendre toujours du bruit. L’entretien de l’immeuble et du terrain est minimal, par exemple la piscine. A notre arrivée l’eau était claire, ensuite elle est devenue trouble et non baignade. La clôture devant les condos, en bois, il manque des barreaux, on peux facilement passer par cet espace. La porte d’entrée qui s’ouvrait jadis, par une carte magnétique, s’ouvre désormais manuellement en passant la main au travers du grillage de la porte. N’importe qui peut y entrer. Juste en face, de l’autre côté de la rue en terre qui se remplis d’eau à chaque orage, il y a un dépôt de poubelles qui dégage souvent une forte odeur. La rue est courte, mais souvent beaucoup de circulation, camions et souvent des autos avec leur système de sons à puissance maximale, on se croirait à un concert tellement c’est fort. Le complexe compte 14 condos, 6 sont à vendre, cela parle. Au début de janvier nous étions les seuls locataires dans le complexe. L’environnement n’est pas tranquille, juste en face du condo il y a un accès direct sur la plage au travers de bateaux entreposés sur la grève. Les locaux viennent

Great location, nice condo as described
I really enjoyed my time at your condo, really comfortable and well equipped. The description is accurate and well maintained. Laurina is really quick to respond to you for any issue. The only comment I have is for the pool who needs to be refreshed. The condo is close to every things, restaurants, grocery.

Wonderful and Relaxing
The condo was exactly as described - very roomy and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. Staying at Villa Mare was a pleasant process starting with booking and through our entire stay. The small complex of only 14 units made for a very quiet and relaxing stay. Everyone was very helpful with any requests that we had. It is just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach.

We are a retired couple who fell in love with Punta Cana, and after an extensive search found Villa Mare. We immediately decided that this would be where our vacation condo would be. We now have three condos in Villa Mare: 901758; 4350373; 4350398.

This is more like a Villa than a large, multi-family apartment building. It has only 14 units. We liked the perfect location across from the beach, the spacious and beautifully landscaped exterior, the generous size of the units, and the convenience to restaurants & shops.

What makes this property unique

Quite, comfortable second-floor condo with a large terrace to relax on, overlooking the sea. You can cook in the spacious, well equipped kitchen or walk to nearby restaurants. 25 meters to beach which is across the road. Our able administrator will help you select tours, or you may select a tour company from a list which you will find in our condo, along with restaurant information, golf course information, etc. Our administrator is very friendly and is always willing to help our guests. There are no hidden charges.
