Welcome service by the owner of the property with delivering of the keys and a brief explanation of the apartment and places of interest to visit. Excellent communication by road (Highway “Autopista del Norte A67”) and train. Perfect location to visit Cantabria and closed regions. 10 minutes from Santander, 8 minutes from Santillana del Mar, 15 minutes from “Cabarceno” park, 25 minutes from “Soplao” caverns, 20 minutes from San Vicente de la Barquera, 30 minutes from Comillas, 60 minutes from Picos de Europa, 60 minutes from Gugenheim Museum (Bilbao). Pets are not allowed. If it is necessary there is pick up service at airport and bus/train station. Area with excellent restaurants to enjoy good cuisine, bars and drinks.

Terrible directions given to find property we were travelling at night which made it worse. Great place though spotless inside. View spectacular. Pool lovely and refreshing. Great location for touring area. Lovely host gave us fresh fruit and was very friendly. Dumas the dog is gorgeous. Only other criticism I had was the kitchen. Very little crockery. No kettle, spatula, only one large bowl. Had to go to host to get a can open as well. Just needs kitchen sorting and better directions on arrivaland place would be outstanding

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Objekt zum Erholen, Baden und Relaxen. Ist als Startpunkt zu den kantabrischen Sehenswürdigkeiten bestens geeignet. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, diskret und herzlich. Die automatische Übersetzung der Objektbeschreibung könnte verbessert werden, wenn das technisch umsetzbar ist. Es ist eine sehr tolle Wohnung, auf einem noch schöneren Anwesen. Die Fotos geben den Gesamteindruck voll und ganz wider. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ideale Lage fürs Baden oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Santander/Bilbao/Höhle El Soplao/Cabarcena). Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Very good location, surrounded by a large landscape combining the greenness of the field and the sea. Excellent area for families with children. There is no danger because garden is fenced. Perfect location to visit other villages and beaches. Besides Santander, it is also very close to Bilbao, Oviedo and Gijón.

Quiet area. Everything is in very good condition and excellent cleaning. Good quality beds to sleep. Fully brand new equipment. Perfect place to rest.
