Great choice! Marina's fantastic apartment just a few steps away from the beach

The apartment is perfectly situated on the edge of the old Concessie, the beautiful belle epoque style quarter of De Haan. The apartment is light and comfortable, two bedrooms, two new bathrooms (2020) each with their own toilet, new kitchen (2021), cosy living room and fantastic terrace. De Haan is the most beautiful town on the coast of Belgium. It is nice and quiet and has a beautiful beach. Alongside the coast there is the tramway to Knokke and to Ostend/Nieuwpoort/De Panne. The old city of Brugge is only 15 car minutes away. In De Haan there are many nice restaurant for each purse. There is a parc in the middle of De Haan, where there is a tennis court and where children find a nice playground. Also there is a nice terrace where they serve drinks and snacks. In summer many activities for children are organised. Free Wifi.
Free parking along the street and on the other site of the apartment there is a free parking lot at Christianaplein.

Wir haben uns in der gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung in absoluter Strandnähe wohl gefühlt. Einzige Minuspunkte: die Lage an der viel befahrenen Straße...die Fenster in der Wohnung halten den Verkehrslärm leider nicht ab! Die Hellhörigkeit zur Nachbarwohnung...häufig bellender Hund.

Nothing special about us. We only wish that our guests feel good in our apartment and we do what we can to keep it up to date.

Why they chose this property

Hygiene first. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with their own toilet connected. Both bathrooms have been renovated recently (no good pictures of last renovation, unfortunately). Ventilation is perfect as all rooms have their own windows that can be opened. Furthermore, the terrace is spacy enough to seat four persons. It is situated on south/west so from about 10.30 am till 20.30 pm you can enjoy the sun. And only 100 m from the beach! The village De Haan is attractive with its heritage from the Belle Epoque, nice restaurants. Nice nearby cities are Brugge, Ostend, Blankenberge, Gent. The apartment is situated in the old Concession with beautiful villas and gardens.

What makes this property unique

It is not just a holiday home. It is comfortable, with two bedrooms, two new bathrooms, two flatscreens, free WIFI, terrace on south west. When you walk to the centre you walk through the old Concessie with beautiful white villas. It is only 800 m to the train station where the coastal line will bring you to Ostend or Blankenberge and Knokke. Also the parcin the middle of De Haan is an attraction. A beautiful playground for children, mini midget golf, several tennis courts and a bar/restaurant in the middle. During vacation periods many events are organized.
