Hard to find, 3 bed 2 bath, beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Scottsdale. Condo unit includes washer/dryer, air conditioning, fully furnished kitchen including stove/Oven microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all utensils needed for your everyday cooking and more. Linens provided as well as beach towels. Outdoor area features a fire pit and grill with a deck area to sit and enjoy your surroundings! Pool and hot tub are located just steps away from the patio door. Other amenities include lighted tennis court, fitness center, and access to walking/biking trail. Other activities include, but definitely not limited to, golf, shopping, swimming, fitness center, spas, tennis, hiking, cycling, restaurants, theater, horseback riding, and sightseeing! No smoking or pets.

Sun and relaxation the way it is meant to be
November 2-23, 2017 My wife and I were joined by our daughter, her husband and their two young children for a stay at Susan's condo in the McCormick Ranch area of Phoenix. My wife and I were there for three weeks and our daughters family for the first two weeks. The size and layout of the condo were perfect for the whole family. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms suited us very well. The unit was clean and well supplied . We ate many of our meals in the unit and had everything we needed to cook with. The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, close to a walking/bike path and the developments heated pool was quite close by and used extensively by our granddaughter. The development is handy to grocery stores, Costco was a short drive away and there were lots of restaurants within a short distance. There are also many excellent golf courses and attractions close by so was always something to do and easy to get to. Susan was always prompt in responding to any questions and an excellent host for our vacation. We would definitely consider renting this location from Susan again if the opportunity arises. Bart
