Hacienda del Sol offers space and comfort in an unrivaled setting. Nestled in the foothills of Paso Robles wine country, the estate boasts breathtaking views and modern luxury.

Situated on 17.5 acres, the 5900 sq. ft. home offers plenty of room for large families or multiple couples. The 5 bedrooms include: 2 master bedrooms, each with California King size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, and 1 room featuring 2 queen sized beds. The loft is perfect for kids, with a queen sized bed and twin bunk bed.

In the Main living room, the master bedroom, and the billiards room are High Definition flat screen TVs with DirecTV. The huge kitchen features a 6-burner gas flat top, two ovens, dishwasher, and large island complete with granite counter-tops.

The home features its own pool and Jacuzzi as well as outdoor grill and dining area. Situated down by the pool is a gas fire pit and seating area for enjoying the beautiful Paso Robles evenings.

With Pool table, Dart board, Shuffleboard, Ping Pong table, basketball hoop, and a new tennis court, the home offers plenty of activity for both day and night.

In addition to the main house, the property boasts a new guest house with 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, family room and the same amazing views. (Last three pictures are of the Guest House.) The Guest House can be rented for an additional $350/night (plus a $150 cleaning fee). Unfortunately, we do not make reservations more than 6 months in advance. Until a reservation is confirmed and the applicable deposit is received, preference will be given to longer stays.

9% tax refers to San Luis Obispo County Transient Occupancy tax.

An extra occupancy charge of $25 per night will be added to charge for each occupant in excess of 8 (main house).

The excess cleaning fee will be charged at the owners discretion if the property is left in poor condition, requiring additional cleaning. In addition, since this is a non-smoking property (inside and outside), we reserve the right to charge $10 per butt found on the property after your stay. In addition, we reserve the right to charge between $25 and $50 for any furniture that is moved.

The property is not intended to be rented for large parties. It is expected that total amount of people on the property at any given time will not exceed the total number of people identified in the rental agreement. If you would like to have additional people on the property at any time, permission is required from the Owner. If permission is not obtained ahead of time, the Owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and ask you to vacate the premises.
