Features include a gourmet kitchen with 48" built-in refrigerator, an expansive roof deck with panoramic ocean views (allowing privacy and security without leaving the property), and an expansive master bedroom suite. Private bathrooms in all three rooms, plus additional sleeping via two fold down couches and leather sofa in the living room. Pool table in the play room. Close to many beaches, including Cardiff Reef, Swami's, as well as Del Mar, La Jolla and Solana Beach. Pictures are outdated. Patio furniture upstairs roof and back yard are rusted and not clean. Carpet inside dining room is disgusting so dirty. All the other stuff was ok. Thank you

Awesome roof deck
We loved the roof deck for watching sunset and the close proximity to our family for holiday family fun. The rooms were large so my sister and I did not have to fight over them.

Why they chose this property

This house is charming, spacious (nearly 3,000 sq feet) with room for a nice sized group and central throughout San Diego County, including minutes from our local beaches and coastal communities of Del Mar, Solana Beach, Encinitas and Carlsbad. We're only 25 minutes to downtown (the Gaslamp District) and just over an hour away from Disneyland.

What makes this property unique

Rooftop deck with ocean sunset and sunrise views. Nice patio in the back to relax as well. The pool table upstairs is enjoyed by many!
