The property is easy access waterfront and beach; walking possible both right and left along the ocean from the property. Within 8 minutes you are in a provincial park, Sargent's Bay Park.

The Park has an interesting wetland and bird sanctuary as well as hiking and mountain biking trails. The bay is somewhat sheltered and a good kayaking and boating area. Trail islands are a 45 minute kayak away.
