This spacious suite features a private outside entrance, private patio, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig pod coffee maker, granite and tile full bath, living room with a large flat screen TV, cable, DVD and MP3 hook-up, a writing desk with complimentary wi-fi, a queen-sized bed, a view of the Flatirons and plenty of south facing windows. We offer free off-street parking and there are no hidden resort or management fees.

We operate a third floor VRBO property above this location (check it out at vrbo 125003). This is a Victorian home and despite our best efforts to soundproof, you will hear footsteps and muffled sound, please be advised and decide accordingly. My family resides in the main house but there are NO SHARED SPACES. The only adjoining wall is in the bathroom. The private entrance to the property is up one flight of exterior stairs and there are no shared hallways.
There is a small refrigerator, microwave oven for storing and heating up leftovers, and Keurig pod coffee maker, but no actual kitchen. I provide daily dish service so you don't have to do the washing up, just leave your soiled dishes in the hall and I'll exchange them for clean ones.
Pets are not permitted.

This space is available by the month as a long-term rental and licensed by the City of Boulder Rental Housing License Property Number RHL-0001896. Please inquire about your dates as the calendar is not always accurate.
Marijuana is legal in Colorado and we welcome tourists of all kinds. Please keep in mind that we have small children and don't want them exposed to drunken or altered behavior.
Cigarettes of any kind, open flames, pipes, bongs and vaporizers are not to be used on the property (inside or out) because of the fire hazard and odor. It will result in the loss of your entire damage deposit.
Minimum Stay Policy: This space is rented by the month (or 30 consecutive days). Please inquire about dates.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay and that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We recommend that you purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event that your trip has to be canceled reasons such as illness, accident, death of a family member or traveling companion, jury duty, weather conditions which cause delay/cancellation of travel or fire or flood in your home, this coverage protects your investment and will reimburse the normally non-refundable payments you make for your vacation rental.
