Even before we arrived, Deb welcomed us and made us feel right at home. The unit was so clean, and had everything you need, and the check in/check out process was so simple. Just as lovely as the unit it, Deb is even more so. Talking with her seemed like talking to a long time friend. We will be back!
Deb is an incredible host! This condo is super clean, newly appointed and well maintained. Our family and I had a fantastic time staying here. The location is perfect and so convenient to all of Naples including Venetian Village, the beaches, Five Avenue, local restaurants and shopping. Uber is very reliable and reasonable to many restaurants and attractions. We could not have had a better time!!

This property is an excellent location for guests visiting Naples to have a great place next to the Moorings and Seagate, close to beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was an easy choice to make this a successful and excellent place to offer to seasonal guests. We maintain a clean, quiet and great environment for guests.
What makes this property unique
Great screened lanai for outdoor dining, large mature trees and large private yard. We are on a quiet road with no heavy through traffic with a one mile circle of residential road that allows a perfect morning walk or cycling in evening.
