Beautifully FURNISHED Fantastic 3 bd / 2 ba / 1 office / 2 car garage House. Single story cul-de-sac home. You will have to look long and hard to find a nicer, cleaner and more comfortably furnished house, especially in this price range.

No smoking, no pets, no exceptions - thanks.

Location, location, location. This is a desirable neighborhood near McQueen and Ocotillo in Chandler which is conveniently about 2 miles south of the 202. There is a neighborhood maintained park just one door away for walks, which has a child’s play area and a large grassy field. It is on a very quiet cul-de-sac in a well kept neighborhood. Nearby is the Chandler Fashion Mall and downtown/old town Chandler. Grocery stores within 3 miles are Frys, Bashas, Sprouts, and more.

If you are into aviation, the Chandler Municipal airport (KCHD) is a couple of miles north.

The awesome Tumbleweed Recreation Center is nearby, Tennis, Pickleball and more.

It is less than one mile to the spacious 64 acre Paseo Vista Recreation Area which has an archery range, frisbee golf, a playground and picnic areas and much more.

The well maintained El Paseo trail is nearby for walking, biking, rollerblades, etc.

There are approximately 1800 square feet of very efficient space.

The rooms are currently setup as:
1) Office, with permanent desk, and corner unit that opens to another workspace
2) Master bedroom with a gorgeous, comfy, and newer queen bed, with attached private bathroom with bath, tub, shower, walk in closet, dual vanity.
3) Guest bedroom with newer queen bed, bath across the hall from the bathroom.
4) Open/recreation room. For yoga, meditation, stretching, quiet space.

The yard is very low maintenance with xeriscape for low water usage. The following kitchen appliances are included - newer fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with dishes, pots, pans, spices, coffee maker, crockpot, etc, etc.

There is carpet in the bedrooms and halls, and tile elsewhere in like new condition. Faucets, shower heads and much more are all like new and everything is spic-and-span. Kitchen appliances (fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher) are all recently replaced.

Bring your clothes and stop at the grocery store and you will be ready for a comfortable relaxing stay!

We enjoyed our stay. We found the house to have everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and very enjoyable to take walks.

Chandler Home in Arizona
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ky and Boonies home in Chandler. The shopping, proximity to the Mesa airport and quiet neighbourhood was a great experience. The home was well laid out and we were very comfortable enjoying the beautiful surroundings and area. We joined the Tumbleweed Community Recreation Center and met many people and had fun trying various classes and used their well equipped gym. Hiking at the south mountain Pima Canyon was a treat with a short commute of 30 minutes to the trail heads. We would highly recommend Ky and Bonnie’s home to other people interested in staying in this area. They were excellent hosts and made sure all our needs were taken care of.

HOA was quiet & well maintained with ample green spaces for walking, biking, etc. Location was close to grocery stores, retail, & restaurants. Home was adequately furnished with kitchen supplies, linens, nice decor & comfortable furniture & beds. Communications with homeowner received prompt responses. We would be interested in returning if homeowner accepts a 3-month rental in the future.

The categories for enjoying stay are too broad... somewhere high on the "like"side would be closer.
The house is about 20 years old and comfortable. While the ad says 4 bedrooms, one is a den with no bed, and one does not have a bed in it. Two couples maximum. We suggested to owner that to have to run water for 5 minutes to get warm water indicated some kind of problem. However, the owner was very accommodating with our suggestions and very flexible with the deposit. He appreciated our leaving the house very clean. It seems he is new at the renting game and this will be a house we could recommend . It is close to grocery shopping and the district is a neighborhood in the higher class of houses.

Why they chose this property

This home is comfortable and safe on a cul-de-sac with quiet neighbors and a very nice park one house away. There is a lovely walking path that goes through this neighborhood and adjacent neighborhood also have paths. Paseo Vista is a beautiful park with archery and frisbee golf course only 1.4 miles away and the Tumbleweed Park Recreation Center is a 62,000 square-foot facility that has too many features to mention here - take a look on-line if you are interested in a top notch place to have fun and stay in shape. If you are a golfer, the closest course is only 4 miles away and Chandler and greater Phoenix is a golf mecca. Baseball spring training is every year, and we are fortunate to host the Super Bowl from time to time.
