Located in Fort Lauderdale, this vacation home is near the beach. We stayed there for two months, plenty of room, good appliances (brand new dishwasher and smart tv). Excellent location for our needs, quiet, safe neighborhood. Suzette was very responsive to our needs; other than cosmetic touch ups, the place is very accommodating, and would stay there again.

Le principal problème est au niveau de la sécurité, le detecteur de fumée était sur une tablette dans le garde robe de la chambre non fonctionnel. L'extincteur était à l'extérieur du côté de la porte du duplex d'a côté qui est habité par la propriétaire. Dans la description il est écrit "buanderie" je ne pensais pas que je devais me déplacer dans un landromate. Il est écris lit "extrêmement" confortable alors que le lit creuse du milieu. Toute les pièces sont très grandes mais c'est un duplex qui manque beaucoup d'amour, de clartés et du nettoyage.
The location was very convenient to the beach and other places. The property was exactly as advertised. Great option for a winter get away. Suzette was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice unit, great for 2 people. Description was accurate. Owners were always available.

It is a perfect location, charming residential neighborhood. Being an avid cook the kitchen is very well equipped. You can save hundreds of dollars eating some of your meals at home. There are many restaurants close by.....Mom's Kitchen is a delightful local breakfast/lunch spot a few blocks away and there are many high end spots for fine dining and great night life.
What makes this property unique
the most often comment I get on this rental is the immaculate condition and what a GR8 residential area, near everything.....
