Quiet and clean
This was close to my daughter in a quiet neighborhood. Had super soft sheets and a comfortable bed. Could use a few repairs with the microwave handle and loose handles on pots. A toaster would have been a nice addition and some dish towels. But it was very clean, something many VRBO’s lack.

This apartment is a great location to visit downtown Washington DC and the metro area. Very clean and newly updated. Great WiFi and cable TV. I highly recommend it to those who visit the nations capital.

Why they chose this property

This is a family friendly, walkable, middle class neighborhood in the immediate suburb of Washington DC, consisting of single family houses and low rise apartments. Built mostly of brick in the late 50's and early 60's the neighborhood is charming and older looking but very safe. The property is easily accessible from the beltway and it is about a mile and half from downtown Silver Spring.
