Close to Downtown - 5-7 min . My place is good for couples, small families, solo adventurers, business travelers and more. It is a big one bedroom condo, it fits a full sized living area, the bedroom is big enough to fit another guest in a inflatable next to the queen bed or a small pack and play/crib for children. The couch on the living room can fit one more person. It is ideal for 2-3 guests but it can accommodate up to 4 people. Covered parking spot!

Basic Housing
Furniture is not as pictured but adequate. Garbage disposal and dishwasher leaks and has been for a long time. The floors are warping. It could use some paint and fixes. But it was clean and quiet. Outside it is a disaster. It is very rundown. Mattresses piled everywhere. Trash. Open electrical wires. And wild pigs come through and tear everything up every night.

Overall good place to stay.
We enjoyed staying here. It was a great location with main attractions close by. It is a bit dated, but cozy. Would definitely recommend.

I really wish I could give this property a good review unfortunately I can’t the house in my opinion is unsafe to stay in there are no screens on windows there are outlets with no plates on them the overall condition of this unit is poor to say the least do yourself a favor and do not stay here

Great location but dirty house
We arrive after dark and there were no lights to help see the combo lock to get the key Overall the entire house was dirty. There were skuff marks on all the baseboards,doors and walls. Dust was so thick in some spots you could see it on the vertical surface of the bedroom French door windows. Light bulb was out in dining area. Grout in bathtub had mold growing in it In one of the corners. The tub is chipped in a couple of areas Refrigerator did not cool our food the entire time even though we email owner on second day there. It appeared from the temp of the refrigerator that no came to fix it. Toilet seat broke when I sat on it, then it was replaced with the cheapest, flimsy plastic seat. I was afraid would break everytime someone used it. The kitchen had only one towel and lot of sponges but not one wash cloths or pot holders. Owner acted surprised by that request. Stated that no one had ever asked for a pot holder . Not sure about everyone else but the purpose for us to go through VRBO is to get a full apartment for the price of hotel. Giving us the ability to cook for ourselves while on extended stays. I did not get any communication from owner till the day we were to check in and that was because I emailed them. They seemed sincere and apologized stating they were out of the country and thought it was all taken care of through VRBO. When I email owner on second day there I felt like she was offended instead of a get this fixed attitude. She stated that she has a cleaning company and could not gaurentee the quality of their work. If this is a place that is rented weekly you would think that they would pay better attention I am not writing this to try and destroy their business like she stated as a response when someone else was not happy. I read all the reviews before I booked. I do this for all of my bookings. I have been booking on VBRO for 3 years and never left a bad review before because I don’t book Places that do not have a high percentage of good reviews. So this is sincere. This could be a really cute place if they would put a little TLC and better quality material into the place. I would also recommend replacing the countertop instead of taping more contact paper on it as well. I am not trying to ruin anyone . I just expect a place to be clean, especially when everyone is being charged fee.

Comfy little place!
Location was great for our needs. The Outside of the property is aged: the inside is mostly great! Comfy living room/TV. Loved the carport. Mostly quiet location no traffic noises . owner responded very quickly to correct problem.
