Nice house and spacious and good location
The fridge did not get cold, my food ended up going bad. Lights above stove and sink did not work. A lot of repairs needed. It would've been nice if the lawn was mowed. The walk way to the driveway was full of Debris it took 5 garbage cans full to remove it. Hardly any silverware at all not even a teaspoon no butter knives. kitchen lacked the basic essentials. No glasses. I would Recommend getting some new pots and pans. It was very difficult to put a meal together Using what has to work with. The items we did get to use are in very bad condition. No fitted sheets. No hand towels. I was disappointed with my overall stay.

Needs TLC
A couple very good things: First, this property is very reasonably priced for the size (large bedrooms, living room, and dining room) and great location to the clinic and downtown. If you are not picky, and don't need to spend too much time at the house, this is acceptable. Second, the property manager is extremely responsive. We had a few things we needed addressed right away, and it was a text to him, a response, and he showed up within an hour. I do not believe his intention is to have a low level rental, he's just inexperienced. Third, the living room furniture are the newest items in the home, and are comfortable. Now the negatives: The house is not extra clean. It needs a very good deep clean, and then to keep up with that general standard. It has the very basic items (for the most part) and nothing else. There is a bed (not the most comfortable, but ok), dresser, towels, and hangers in each bedroom. The comforter/sheets are mismatched and not in great condition, but they were clean. The TV has some type of streaming channels (many in arabic, not many to choose from, and difficult to operate if you aren't techy). The kitchen/dining are functional. No extras. All appliances were functional. Ok on dishes. Basically all mismatched thrift store items stocking the entire place. This is not a terrible thing, just no extra care or thought put in to what people actually need. The basement is not useable. The "garage" is a very small outbuilding that is already filled with other items. We were able to use it to store coolers. Keep in mind this is an old home with a lot of character. It needs a good handyman to come in and get all the broken lights and other items taken care of, repaint, and then have someone with rental experience to help organize it, stock it, and then give it the nice touches. We had 2 small family get togethers here (had to bring in quite a bit for the kitchen, and some chairs), but the space was sufficient, and didn't worry about hurting anything as there's not much you can damage. It worked well for that. Overall I would recommend this house if you are aware of what you're coming in to, and don't expect much. It COULD BE a great rental.
