Casa Alta Vista is a spacious and private compound with only one other rental Villa (which can be added to provide 10 bedrooms for large groups), along with the owner’s residence located within a secure and gated area. A nightly security guard provides that extra measure of safety and peace of mind. The owner also owns the main Grocery store in Manuel Antonio and provides his guests a nice discount on all food and beverages. This unique Villa was designed for not only the magnificent views but also to be a very open and relaxing environment. The inside of the Villa provides significant space for everyone to relax and either enjoy the scenery or just read a book overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
This beautiful 3 story custom Villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 full and two 1/2 bathrooms along with a state of the art kitchen that has access to the outdoor patio, pool and grill area. All rooms including the kitchen have air conditioning with ceiling fans spread throughout the home. The outdoor area includes a refreshing new infinity Pool with a solar water filter system along with a Jacuzzi, exterior bath, radio and speaker system, Plasma TV, wine and drink refrigerator and access to the Mirador which provides the best views in Manuel Antonio. There is also garage parking for up to three vehicles.
