Lovely, Tastful, and tastefully furnished luxury condo located on the Island on Lake Travis - a luxurious, serene, and breathtaking island villa. Get ready to be refreshed. Enjoy access to golf course, marina, biking/hiking trails, bird watching reserves, wineries, pool, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center/gym, etc. Also enjoy proximity to Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, etc., with a galore of entertainment, shopping, restaurants, etc.
We also have a 10' x 24' boat slip rentable for $50/night.

NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. You MUST declare the exact number of guests that will be staying in the unit, and must not exceed the number stated in this listing. Our HOA has strict rules regarding this and charges penalties for such violations, which would mean an instant loss of your security deposit. Please, do not assume this can be bypassed in anyway!

2. We operate a "no-contact" check-in process, therefore, will require a security/damage deposit of $150 prior to your arrival. Security/damage deposits are automatically refunded within 7 business days after your stay.

3. Also, note that pictures may not reflect most current lake levels considering adverse weather conditions.

Very nice place.
Loved feeding deer and petting them. Spa was awesome. The only thing was the restaurant was closed Thursday when it was supposed to be open and Wi-Fi password never worked with passcode.

The room was great. The on-site restaurant was terrible. We were Rudely reacted to when we asked about our “to go” order at the bar. We were told to wait. When we got back to our room to eat, it is was Clear that our food was siting under a broiler for quite some time. We had to pick out what was still Edible. The cobbler desert was so hard, I couldn’t break it w a fork. WILL NOT WAIST OUR TIME GOING BACK TO ILENES.

The Villas at Lago Vista
The location of the property is beautiful. We loved the pool, etc. The condo had personal touches which made it feel very homey.
