Charming comfortable home that happens to be the closest vacation rental house you will find to St. Marys hospital. Cozy up in our beautiful home, a short block from St. Mary's Hospital in the prestigious Pill Hill neighborhood.
Save money, time and hassle on parking at St. Mary's. You can also catch the free shuttle at St. Mary's to the downtown Mayo Clinic campus.
The home is located within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, salons, and coffee shops.

The home features 3 upstairs bedrooms with queen beds and quality linens. Full bath also located upstairs. The main level features several sitting areas including a therapeutic sun room, full remodeled kitchen (instapot, crockpot, blender, etc) and half bath.

Wonderful outdoor spaces with patio furniture and private yard. Laundry is located in the basement. Garage parking, WIFI, and smart T.V. included. Light cleaning service provided for stays great than 10 days (upon request).

A wonderful place to stay while at Mayo!
We had a very peaceful and happy stay at this house while at the Mayo Clinic. Such a cozy and clean home. Would highly recommend!!

Our stay was wonderful. We rented the home because of the proximity to St. Mary’s hospital. The home was nice however the internet wasn’t as reliable as one would hope and the indoor temp was hard to maintain - maybe it was the weather over the time we were there.

St. Augustine March 6-8 2024
We appreciated that house is on a street with very little traffic, with off street and garage parking. The house is within easy walking distance of St. Mary’s Campus. We were able to have meals at the dining room table, watching a squirrel in the backyard. We enjoyed some leisure time in the sunroom, and watched a little TV in the comfortable living room. Our son enjoyed using the treadmill. We have had the privilege of owning a couple of older houses so we didn’t mind the creaking of the old hardwood floors, as they are a part of the character of an older home. The bedrooms are comfortable as well. The helicopters coming in and going out from the hospital rooftop are a part of the neighborhood, having had a daughter life flighted to a trauma center we recognize they are literally saving lives. Denise communicated everything we needed to know and provides a nice place to stay with very comfortable accommodations. Nathan, Connie and Levi H.

Quiet neighborhood. Some helicopter noise. Cozy and comfortable. Nice to have our own rooms with queen sized beds in each.
