Large home suitable for families. We specified we wanted everything cleaned well and that we would also be using the pool and gas grill to make sure those were cleaned as well before our visit, which they were. The outdoor lounging chairs were all broken and the chairs around the outside table were in rough shape. There was not enough forks and spoons for our party of 10 which was an inconvenience and the tv had very limited channels. The room with a ping pong table and tv was nice but the rug was disgusting and carpets could definitely be cleaned. There are no instructions as to garbage procedures or check out. The resort as well is very limited, only outdoor pool and fitness room. Overall, the house was large enough but definitely needs upkeep.

The stay in your house was beautiful. The setup was amazing. The pool was perfect. I love the fact that each room had its own bathroom. Yes As well as the community was peaceful and quiet I will be reserving this house again.

The neighborhood was great very quiet, and clean. The property is not very well kept, the walls was filthy the carpet was dirty and items that was supposed to be in the house was not working. (iron) The owner of the property needs to invest and do some. updates for instance the beds were horrible, need to invest in better mattress for the beds. lounge chairs by the pool needs to be replaced there was holes in the chairs, microwave needs to be replaced it didn't work. The outdoor grill was filthy could not use it because it was extremely dirty. Corners of the rooms had spider webs and bugs trapped in them, broken chair at the dining table held together with duct tape. We don't wear our shoes inside and the bottom of our socks was full of hair. I work in the travel industry, and I would never recommend this property. Otelia Wilson

Great adult getaway
Wonderful, clean accommodation. Nice location with lots of shopping about a mile in all directions. 20-minute drive to major theme parks. The community is quiet, gated and beautiful with a very nice pool and clubhouse. Rooms were spacious and more than enough bathrooms for everyone. The ‘game room’ has a ping pong table which became the secondary focus for the kids. Our pool was green and unusable for our first 2 days of our stay but a call the maintenance was answered. I would definitely recommend this as an adult home, kids got kind of bored. I would suggest the owners some board games or kid themed items to be a bit more family-friendly. Overall this was a great home but we had to entertain the kids.
