3700sf Three story, Five bedroom/Den, four bath, three jet tubs, and three stall showers. Total number of beds, nine. Four Queen-size beds, one in each bedroom, two double size bunk beds
(2 double/double bunks)and one double bed in Bedroom #5/Den with 32' Color TV.
Large country kitchen with island gas stove/grill and wall gas oven. Slide-in gas stove/oven with microwave above. Large 26 cu.ft. refrigerator and 40 feet of counter space. Seats 8 at the counter and Seats 10 at the dining table.

Max Number People: Men, Women, Children: 18
Over-size dining room and great room with wood burning stove and 19-foot ceiling. The great room has a 65" large screen TV on cable.

The house sits on a hillside with a 270-degree unobstructed view of the ski runs and mountains. The views range to over 100 miles. The house was completed in October 2000.

The house sits on a half acre located on Navajo Mountain halfway up and two blocks to the North side of the Navajo ski Runs. The kids can snow sled on the property in the winter and In the summer there is plenty of room for tent and trailer camping with plenty of fairly flat ground. There is also an outdoor fire pit for cookouts.


NOTE: For your personal safety, run all dishes and silverware through the dishwasher on the SANITIZE setting to sanitize and kill Germs and Bacteria before using.
All the comforts of home and a very short walk to the Ski Runs!!!

MOUSE TAILS: Don't leave food out or in the trash, OR THEY WILL COME !!!
Don't leave doors open or they will think that they are welcome !!!
SHOWER TAILS: The upstairs tub/shower has a LOW FLOW shower head so people can't flood the bathroom. THERE's NOTHING WRONG WITH IT ! It's doing it's job.

Annual Snowboard Trip
Second time staying in this property. Nothing but great memories made here. Ample of room for a group of 18. Kitchen is well stocked with all necessary pans and plates you'll ever need and then some. Has two flat tops for cooking which made preparing food for a big group very convenient. Love the close proximity to the resort runs. Within walking distance. Kids enjoyed the large space for them to play in the snow and make snowmans. The host/owner replied back promptly with any questions or concerns. We will definitely keep this property in my favorites list for future trips to Brian Head.

Family Christmas Ski Trip
We had a great time. All enjoyed the skiing and the kids loved sledding on the hill next to the house. There was plenty of room for all. We were six adults and 3 children 6, 8, 9. Not sure how to message John, but I seem to be missing gift box with a beautiful hand painted silk scarf. Did I leave it in the house?

I built this house new in the year 2000 halfway up the Navajo Mountain taking advantage of the spectacular views from this half acre home site that has slopes and flats for great snow sledding on the property for the kids!
In the summer months there is plenty of room on the property for outside trailer and tent camping. There is also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making smores.

Why they chose this property

The house is located on the Navajo Mountain, walking distance from the Navajo Ski Runs. Park your car in the garage and leave it there! The roads are plowed by the town of Brian Head as required. Two wheel drive is OK most of the time but not all the time.
FOUR WHEEL DRIVE IS RECOMMENDED.
Can Park 2 cars in the garage and more than 10 cars outside.

What makes this property unique

You can ride 4 wheel ATV's and snowmobiles to and from the property to anywhere in Brian Head. The Town has over 100 miles of ATV/Snowmobile trails that are maintained by the town for your riding pleasure. You can also just watch the deer wander by as they roam the area.
